Amazing from start to finish. We had recently moved into a property in Torquay with x2 Finlock gutters. Both were old, looked a mess and were causing water to enter the walls of the house. It seemed a big job and something we were quite stressed and nervous about. We contacted several companies, but none gave us confidence in the task at hand. For years, we battled with our Finlock gutters, which eventually led to severe damp causing our internal walls and ceilings to crumble away. We had visited the Finlock Removals website multiple times in the past, but never reached out because it didn’t appear they serviced Anglesey, North Wales. The situation worsened over Christmas and New Year when heavy rain caused water to pour into our landing. Terrible service! Can never get through on the phone ever! Then get promised that someone will call back that day - they don’t. The work was delayed due to them not having the correct materials - then the collection for the waste was not booked in when we were promised that it would be. The waste was placed in a bag covering my drive (not placed in the corner so I can use the drive way). The bag at the back is in the middle of my garden which has damaged my grass. The guttering work was done on 18th December one bag of waste has been collected today 6th Jan!!!!! We still have a bag in the garden and the collection company said they do not have a collection ticket for it. I am very disappointed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Kyle sales rep, booked appointment for 8:30am, on the day they said they will now come at 10:30am. At 10:30 am they said they would come within the hour. Then at 1pm they turned up, and then said they didn’t have materials on the van! Then after I sent them away , they never returns ed any of our phone calls! Beware will be happy to answer your phone call till something goes wrong! Luckily we didn’t part with any money!

Finlock Removals are the company to go to if you need your concrete guttering replaced. We started to notice a damp patch which was getting worse. After several other quotes (including a ludicrous quote of £19000 if I paid installments) Finlock did not disappoint. Harvey was very informative, talking through the step by step process of what will happen. The team were on time, and completed the job in a day and a half. I can’t complain. I came home from my holiday to find these cowboys recently working on my neighbours property.They had cut the concrete cutters out using a still saw with no water suppressant. Thick dust everywhere including in my upstairs bedroom as I had left a window slightly open due to the hot weather. No attempt to even try and stop the dust going in. Complained to flintlock removals they don't give a s*** would not recommend to anyone!

I had a few quotes for my concrete gutter removal and it was clear from talking at length with Harvey that Finlock removals really do know how to do this properly. They competently did this whole job in 3 days (with scaffold erection and dismantling either side. ) The guys were courteous and friendly and respectful of my property and surrounding garden. Took 3 weeks for a 1 day job! The installation team from Finlock were very good and professional and finished the work within a day. Is it unfortunate, due to a combination of lack of communication & clarity with the scaffolding company, it took them 3 visits to get the scaffolding done to Finlock's safety requirements. Even though we are very happy with the end result and finish, our overall experience was frustrating and slightly negative. This will not stop us from recommending the company, as we already have to one of our neighbours.

After years of quote collecting we went with these guys and glad we did. We have spoken to all kinds of builders and roofers and felt like they were winging it a bit, despite them telling us otherwise. I am a property surveyor myself and know this needs to be done right the first time and can be a right headache if it’s not done bang on. We had 3 quotes and we chose Finlock Removals because although they were the more expensive company they seemed to know what they were talking about and gave us full confidence in their work. The fitters came last month and completed the work and they were a lovely friendly bunch and cleaned up well after themselves. My neighbour recently (Jan 24) had his concrete guttering removed front and back by your company. Our houses are joined semis. I went down the route a few years ago of having an extra row of tiles fitted over my concrete guttering with the plastic guttering attached. All good! A few days ago I had my gutters cleaned out. What my gutter cleaning people told , and showed me pics they had taken, shocked and dismayed me!! You need to see the pics! The most concerning thing, as shown in one of the pics, is that they have somehow raised the corner of my end tile in order to somehow put the upright end piece on to the end of my neighbour’s plastic guttering!! It is obviously visible looking up from my drive and the road!! On speaking to Harvey at your Bromsgrove brabch and sending him the pics, he told ne that this was the only wsy it could be done! Rubbish! Also that he would ask one of your staff to pass by at some point to have a look! The conversation took place on Tues 31st Jan 24. To date, Wed 7th Feb 24, I have had no response back what so ever !! Furrher down my avenue, there are 2 semis who have the same setup up, ie concrete gutter removed on one house, and the other the same as me having had an extra tile put over the concrete guttering! It looks so neat! No raused corner on tge end tile!! I also sent pics of this to Harvey, and I know he has seen them!! And no respobse whatsoever!! !! If you send me a link I will send you the pics! I do not want you to contact my neighbour as his son organised the removal with yr company . My neighbour is 98!! And I don’t want any stress for him!! I want this sorting please asap. At the end of the day, your workmen have damaged my property!! Also they didn’t even had the courtesy to call round and explain to me what they had done!! Very rude, ignorant and totally unprofessional! Also to add insult to injury, the dust from their cutting etc made a layer of dust all over my soft top car that I’d only had valeted 2 days before!!! I have had my concrete guttering replaced with new UPVC,from first enquiry the scaffolding was up and job finished all within a week, the guys were polite and very tidy.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job to be done in a quick efficient time frame.
