Have not received my order! Email does not work from contact page. Stay away!!

My order was redirected by somebody and I cannot make a complain to DHL as I need confirmation it was not the seller, but they just do not respond to my emails. Won't be shopping here again.

I have purchased item from them which was confirmed by email. After 5 days they notified me that my order was cancelled on my request. When I emailed them that I didn't cancel order and still want get this item there was no reply from them. Luckily they refunded.

Excellent customer service to resolve an issue. Large order and a few items arrived damaged. I emailed them to ask if they could send replacements and attached photos of the damaged items as proof of the issue. They replied to me directly and quickly saying they would send these out immediately to arrive hopefully the next day. They arrived the next day as planned, very thoroughly wrapped and not damaged. I emailed back to let them know this was now resolved and they took the time to reply thanking me for letting them know.

over a week of time I tried to get the answer what is my dhl code to pick up the package, I called, sent 1000 e-mails, sent messages on facebook. no answer. these ****** gave their email to get the order code and tracking. after a week of calling DHL I was able to pick up the package and these pigs are still sending an e-mail to give a review, so please.
