Ordered a few times now and honestly can’t complain about anything! Sizing was perfect, quality is amazing and delivery time is spot on! Will always purchase more from saint luxe in the future

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM SAINTLUXE. IT IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY. CHEAP MATERIAL THAT THE DYE RUNS FROM. WASHED IT CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO THE LABEL INSIDE AND IT RUINED MY TOP. BUT THE PANTS ARE FINE! MADE OVER 5 ATTEMPTS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY AND IT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO ‘SEE’ THE MESSAGES AND SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL PRIOR TO THAT. EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND SENT THE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE TO THEN BE CALLED A LIAR AND TOLD I WASHED IT WRONG. ONLY BOTHERED ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEN THEY BLOCK YOU FROM EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE THEY HAVE BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT I’VE SAID IS THE TRUTH AND DON’T WANT OTHERS TO SEE BAD REVIEWS/COMMENTS. THEY ALSO DELETE COMMENTS FROM PHOTOS ETC. I WOULDNT GO TO THESE LENGTHS IF IT WAS A GENUINE MISTAKE I HAD DONE. I WOULD BE GUTTED BUT WOULD NEVER LIE AND SAY WHAT I HAVE IF IT WASN’T TRUE. THEY SAY THIS HAS NEVER EVER EVER HAPPENED EVER, SO I WOULD OF THOUGHT WITH IT BEING A ONE OFF POSSIBLE BAD BATCH OF MATERIAL, THE COMPANY WOULD OF JUST REPLACED THE ITEM AND SAVE ALL THIS HASSLE. GUTTED BECAUSE I LOVED THE TRACKSUIT AND ITS NOW RUINED.

The tracksuits are cheap and horrible. The sizing is incorrect and the quality is terrible. Stitching hanging out everywhere and badly done, zips are awful. Stitching come undone. Just all round a terrible brand!!?!
