The very best removal and storage company. I've used Fox for several house moves and they are faultless. Geriant provided a competitive quotes and co-ordinated the house moves. I had access to unlimited packing materials and valuable advice. The removal staff were prompt, considerate and flexible. A house move can be very stressful but Geriant and the Fox staff made it so much easier. More recently I've rented a storage unit. Once again Geriant provided invaluable advice on the size of unit I needed. Storage at Fox Llanishen is super safe especially for a lone woman. Every area is immaculately clean and maintained. Rates are reasonable, there's ample trolleys, a lift to all floors and a wide choice of units. To know that Fox are along established family company increases my recommendation Thanks to Geriant and Cheryl for all your help

I just used Fox removals today and they were fantastic. I had Rory,Rasheed and Quinton and they were on time , efficient , careful and friendly. After a very stressful few months it was fantastic that they took the stress out of my hands and everything went as smooth as silk. I will have no hesitation in using them again which will be in the near future when I find my next home. Thanks guys

I am extremely dissatisfied with FOX Shipping and Storage. I strongly advise against using their services, as I have noticed that many of my belongings are missing. When I reached out to them for assistance, their response was completely UNACCEPTABLE. In comparison, companies like Britannia offer far better service and reliability.

Horrendous Company. Please do not use Fox the Movers. On quoting and before our move things seemed good. But on the day of removal they had only minimal protective packaging. The only item they transported correctly in my opinion was my TV. They promise so much to protect your items and then on the day don't turn up with it. Due to this they damaged at least 50% of my furniture. The removal team sent out were also VERY inexperienced, all having worked for the company for less than 6 months. We are now left 3 months later with a complex insurance claim via a policy that isn't worth the paper it's written on. Fox the Movers and the Branch Manager Ben wont take any responsibility for the damage caused to my items nor refund me any money to solve. A little compassion would go along way here! PLEASE save yourself the trouble and don't book Fox the Movers.

We were told we would have wardrobe boxes and sofa covers We did not The clothes were stuffed into boxes not suitable for clothes We paid for packing and this was horrendous,not labelled and mixed up No care taken to protect the carpets etc They were expensive and would not recommend them as we did not have the service they promised

We had six dirty used wardrobe boxes which we paid for , however when our moving date became unavailable , we had to use another company who were excellent (Warrens) , I’m so glad we did ! Now we have been given the run around by Fox staff and manager and a rather rude and unempathetic older gentleman, I would not recommend as we haven’t been given our refund and the customer service side is appalling if you have a problem.

Tasha, Paul and Craig did an excellent job in packing and removing our belongings into storage. It was complicated because I was downsizing and not everything was going. They even kept their cool when coming back for a fridge which had been overlooked! If this is repeated on the second stage, from storage to my new accommodation, I will be really happy. Recommended.

Amazing Service From Katherine coming along to price up our removal requirements to the guys all arriving to pack us up and take us 65 miles away the service and professionalism was amazing. Mark, the Head Honcho was knowledgeable and efficient and the rest of the team, Craig, Jerome and Jordan were brilliant. They were cheery and we felt we were in good hands right through the process. We would definitely call on the Fox Removals Team again.

A big thank you to Tom, Kevin and Morgan! Fair play lads you made it look easy. Nothing phased them and they took it all in their stride. Super efficient and good humoured throughout the day. Highly recommend.

This company has been so efficient and professional every step of the way. The two removal men were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and they greatly took some of the stress out of moving. They moved the furniture and boxes with great care and skillfully manoeuvred the larger and heavy pieces of furniture through narrow doorways and up the curved stairs. They remained cheerful even in the pouring rain and took their time to ensure everything was in the right place in each room. It is great to find such a trustworthy company and they come highly recommended.

Would have been nice to have been offered the unpacking service that had been paid for prior to delivery. Upon emailing to state the service wasn’t offered upon delivery they were very defensive suggesting this had been our fault as it was ‘our responsibility’ to inform driver of this service we had paid for. Driver friendly enough but quick to get away as soon as boxes in room. Don’t offer a chargeable service if you can’t provide!!!!

People list moving as the most stress filled event of their lives; especially if it’s a long distance move. Having acquired 3 estimates, surveys, video walk-throughs and investigated companies house information, we decided to give Fox our business. This whole experience of trying to buy and sell has not gone easily; it’s been 6 months and at one point we thought the whole thing was going to fall completely apart! We explained all of this so we were to say the least a bit stressed. Fox then decided, 7 days before the move to hit us with £1000 change to the contract and full payment up front. After emails and phone calls back and forth between Charmaine Rees and Dan Fox, we had come to an agreement that we would pay a deposit and the balance out of the proceeds of sale, provided I could get Dan a signed contract from my solicitor saying all of this. I called back and informed Charmaine that our solicitor was on holiday so instead of the deposit etc. could we pay the full amount but split between two credit cards. Now, mind you, this is all on the day or the day before we need to pay to guarantee our slot. Charmaine indicated that she couldn’t make that decision and that Dan would have to call us back to arrange this. He never called. So, what would any other reasonable person do? We got on the BAR website, arranged 3 further quotes and surveys; they all turned up and went above and beyond, but only 1 could accommodate our dates. Not only did they go above and beyond, they came in £1,715.88 less than Fox for twice the service. Dan then calls this morning to blame me and say that it’s my fault that he now has to find work for a crew and truck that he’s worked so hard and moved stuff around to arrange especially for us. No empathy and no accountability for himself or how it was handled previously. No doubt some poor lower person will get the blame but this sits squarely on Dan Fox’s shoulders who couldn’t be bothered to make a phone call or send an email to say yay or nay to full payment split between two cards. I will be leaving a 5 star review for Watson Removals later.

Tried to charge 100GBP extra for "increased fuel charge and driver retention" We moved from china back to the UK, and the most expensive part of the trip for the company would have been moving the boxes within the UK and unpacking for us in our house. The company asked us to pay 100GBP for increased fuel charge and driver retention. Do not trust this company.

Would live to thank Fox's for the professional way they handled the removal job for us in Cardiff last week at short notice. Carl and Jack were extremely helpful and efficient and hard working and enabled us to have a stress free experience.

Super guys. Very careful & efficient with packing. Also kept their humour after a long drive & having to carry everything upstairs at my new home.

Efficient and happy job

This is a very honest and respectable Company who clearly try hard to give a good service. The two men who completed our move struggled and battled with the heavy furniture, the weight of which was clearly very underestimated in the survey. They did their very best and we could not ask for more but the job needed four men and would then have been much safer for those involved. Recommended but make sure all aspects of the job are considered at survey time.

From the initial quotation appointment I felt I could trust Fox Removals with my house move and I wasn’t disappointed. Mike and Adam were quick, efficient whilst being reassuring, professional and incredibly careful with our furniture and valuables. I would recommended this company to anyone that asks and they are definitely value for money. Thank you for making moving day a lot less stressful.

The most stressful day you could experience, yet the Team that took me 40 miles to my new abode were excellent, both in the performance of their duties and in the way they interacted to keep everyone moving forward despite the trials and tribulations put our way by outside forces.
