United Kingdom | 12 October 2023On the 1st time of ordering a pipe and coils, which should as in stock on the website, it turned out not to be in stock. I then ordered another pipe, with coil, and was contacted to tell me the second order was also out of stock and I asked to be sent an alternative, which looked great, but then fell apart (both magnetic tanks) I then ordered a different style pipe which also should as in stock and without any contact by phone or email, was refunded, leaving me waiting for it to be sent. Very unhappy about this. Regards, John
