First time buyer from make my Vape. Very happy with the speed and understanding of customer service. The order arrived in good time (2days) from order but a few suggestions revolving around ease of end user information gathering. as i noticed the only location for dilution rates was there web sight flavour concentrate list. And i could find no information regarding steeping whatsoever. This would be to either create a mechanic on there sight so that a customer can create a PDF file stating dilution rates and steeping times of each flavouring they want or. to create a full stock list of all flavourings also stating dilution rates and steeping times. This will make life Easier for end users by saving them having to visit find and make notes of all relevant flavouring dilution rates from the web sight. Another method could be to print dilution rates onto the actual bottles if steeping is not necessary. This way end users especially newcomers to d.I.y juice making would have basic information required to mix there own in front of them and wouldn't need to make notes from or re visit web sight for basic information. Other then to use the calculatot for mixing. I feel this would be a vast benefit to new and experienced d.I.y juice makers alike. A design floor revolving around the weighing scales is a little disappointing how ever. As the plastic molded latch and catch system has either a shape deformation issue causing the latch not to stay in the catch at all or a strength issue causing that problem. But as I don't intend to travel with them I don't see them causing me any real issues. Over all I feel that first impressions are awesome. But in my opinion I feel there is room for improvement.

I have used Make my Vape monthly for the past few years so ordered my usual stuff and unusually it did not arrive within a day or two. Left it a week and then called the chaps at Make My Vape just to see what was happening. The guy I spoke with could not have been more helpful, apologised as they are having issues with their package carrier and that and promised me my order would be fulfilled. The very next day my order is on my door step. Excellent customer services and a top notch company. A real five star company.

I initially called, the advice was clear and precise. Goods arrived 2 days later. High laboratory standard. Worked exactly as decribed and saved me a fortune compared to shop bought. Brilliant all round.

Useless over priced and they sent me flavours that had something mixed in them recipe steep times was 4 days been 2 weeks know and still smells and tastes horrible sent them emails no reply orders same falvors from chef and made recipes perfect and spot on

Good products, however I always seem to have an issue with payment. Site states that it does accept Amex, yet i always get an error message when trying mine. I was told it might be my card, yet I use my card without issue everywhere else!

Made my first ever order and still hasn’t arrived I even paid for next day delivery emailed them still not heard back as well

Terrific service. I ordered XXL mixing kit, large acc. kit, another kit with bottles, 2 bottles of VG/PG and various eliquids and received the parcel within a couple of days. I will certainly used again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
