Really tasty meals, never had a flavour I didn’t like but staple fave had to be chicken katsu curry! Like a take away only miles cheaper, far tastier and much healthier without the washing up! Win win!

One pot meals are of a good size and good quality with tasty ingredients. I especially like the katsu chicken, english breakfast and paella boxes. The wraps i feel are a little impractical for microwaving as tortilla goes veey soggy and gets leaky due to the frozen ingredients inside, however i wrapped them frozen in tin foil and cooked in the oven on a low heat for 20 mins and they came out perfect (love the korean chicken one). Overall i'm very satisfied with the orders i have received and how they taste.

There’s a good range of food to choose from, I have only found one meal I probably wouldn’t chose again but the salt and pepper noodles are the best! the pots are perfect as I am calorie counting and being able to just grab one from the freezer, cook with in a few minutes and have all the Calorie information is so convenient plus you actually feel full after one unlike others I have tried

As a busy mum of 2, these have saved us so much time, money and calories! My partner and I have a pot for dinner almost every night and the hardest job is deciding which to have. We save our favourite (chicken katsu curry) for Friday which is now known as ‘katsu Friday’. Highly highly recommend these over any of the brands out there which I have also tried and tested

Delivery when promised. Good selection of meals. The ones I have tried so far have been very tasty. Would be ideal if WW points were available on the site. I have input my favourites on the WW app, but that was rather time consuming. Worth it though.

I never write reviews on this, however I think GSN deserve it based off how good and convenient their protein meals are. Especially for me wanting to eat healthier and fit my macros in after being at work and the gym afterwards where most needed. Also, I love how handy their subscriptions are if you want more meals frequently to save you time. Another huge bonus is how good their customer service is, as I recently ordered my food for the incorrect delivery date but they got back to me very promptly and resolved it so it will arrive by this Saturday! In summary great value for money, delicious meals and excellent service. Honestly look no further to use these guys if you’re looking for a new food delivery company top stuff!

I've been using GSN Pots'o'Gold for a good while now. They're incredibly tasty, quick to heat up and a good balance of calories vs protein. Perfect for a busy life when you're trying to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

I am a huge fan, I buy 60 pots per time and I think it is good value. Great variety of choice, but my fav 3 are Satay Chicken, Pasta Bolognse and the best one is Chicken Katsu Curry. Only moan is I've noticed recently after being microwaved the pots are very fragile. Before you could eat them out of the pot, you still can but be very careful.

I have tried a few meal prep deliveries and GSN is the best by far. The portions are spot on, the vegetables taste really fresh and meat tastes like meat, rather than the weird texture a lot of prepped meals have. The new wraps are gorgeous and I am excited to try the pizza (70g protein!)
