I first spotted this type of rowing machine while watching the USA version of House of Cards starring the disgraced Kevin Spacey. What a cool machine! Man, I must get one of those. But as I do a lot of outdoor exercise, it took me quite a while to buy my first piece of indoor exercise equipment. I look on this rowing machine as a mental health as well as physical exercise. It’s sublime to glide like a rower, water gently swishing by, as I start my day. It’s a peace of mind thing, while exercising. The rowing machine is a classy bit of furniture too. Everyone who visits admires it … and tries it. They all love it. Really glad I purchased this rowing machine from Topium. Now I did have a couple of hiccups with delivery … but I hasten to add, not Topium’s fault. When notified, the Topium people speedily resolved the issues. Anything can go wrong in any purchase or service, but it’s how the manufacturer/seller deals with the issue, tells you they are concerned about their products and customers. And indeed Topium is that company. I would thoroughly recommend this rowing machine and TOPIUM.

Ich habe etwas gesucht was mich im Homeoffice begleitet und vor allem ein Kardio & Kraft Workout bietet. Nach einiger Recherche bin ich auf Rudermaschinen gestoßen und habe dann die stylischen Wasser-Ruder-Geräte entdeckt. Meine Rückfragen vor dem Kauf wurden von den Topiom-Service Mitarbeitern superschnell und ausführlich beantwortet, so dass auch die letzten Zweifel (bei einer so großen Anschaffung) aus dem Weg geräumt werden konnten. Die Bestellung und der Versand waren unkompliziert und sehr schnell - die Ware kam noch vor dem angekündigten Termin an. Das Gerät wird in 2 Paketen versendet und kam mit leichtem Versatz durch unterschiedliche Versanddienstleister an. Das hat mich kurzfristig etwas irritiert. Der Aufbau ging einfach und schnell. Dann noch Wasser einfüllen und schon konnte es losgehen. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut hochwertig und rundet das stylische Paket ab. Dies war unter anderem auch sehr wichtig, da die Maschine verstaut auch im Raum steht und somit optisch natürlich nicht stören, sondern sich einblenden / wenig auffallen soll. Das gelingt sehr gut - Optik auch volle Punktzahl. Als nicht-Ruderer musste ich den korrekten Bewegungsablauf erst erlernen. Neben YouTube Videos gibt es auch eine sehr gute Schritt-für-Schritt-Beschreibung auf der Topiom Webseite, die nochmal auf die "Dos and Don'ts" hinweist. Seit dem der Bewegungsablauf sitzt (das hat ein paar Tage gedauert) macht das Training richtig Spaß und der Widerstand des Wassers wirkt auf mich immer genau richtig. Dazu ist es ein herrliches Geräusch, was mich persönlich (auch wenn jemand anders rudert) beruhigt. Apropos Geräusch - der Zug und das Gleiten des Sitzes sind nahezu geräuschlos - absolut angenehm. Je nach Laune wähle ich ein Ausdauer-orientiertes längeres oder ein kurzes aber intensives Workout. Das Rudergerät ist seit Lieferung im täglichen Gebrauch durch mich (45) und meine Frau. Unsere 3 Jungs (15, 13 & 9) sind auch hin und wieder am Start. Fazit: Super Service - schnell, kompetent, freundlich Super Design - hochwertig, stylisch Super Rudererfahrung - lautloses Gleiten, guter Widerstand, Ausdauer & Kraft Absolut zu empfehlen - ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit genau hier und genau das wieder bestellen!

Sehr überzeugendes Rudergerät zu einem guten Preis. Lieferung mit 2 verschiedenen Paketdiensten etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber durch sehr gute Kommunikation mit der deutschen Zentrale schnell geklärt. Hier ein zusätzlicher Bonusstern für eine sehr angenehme und schnelle Korrespondenz! Verpackung sehr gut, Aufbau ohne Hilfe auch alleine möglich! Bisher, seit mehreren Wochen, kommt das Gerät sehr gut bei uns an.

I used to own a water rower by waterrower but sold it some time ago. Wanted to buy a new one but was put off by the high price of the waterrower model. Found the Topiom water rower on line at a much better price, read the reviews and proceeded to order. I can honestly say the customer service i received was excellent, the best i have ever experienced in any purchase. The water rower arrived in super quick time. However my wife wasn't sure of the colour and wanted to exchange it for the darkest version. I emailed Topiom and was dealt with by Josie Lopez who was amazing, no quibble, agreed to exchange, collected and delivered the water rower in super fast time with no aggro and i can honestly say a great bit of kit, even down to the self help video to assemble which BTW took no more than half an hour. Really pleased with everything, would definitely recommend Topiom without hesitation and thank you and well done to Josie who made it all possible.

I have owned the walnut version rower for 18 months and its almost the perfect rower, with only the V2 console letting it down. Recently the bluetooth stopped working on it and Topiom customer service were kind enough to offer the V3 console at a discount and wow what an improvement. The new backlit console with 500m split and more accurate distance now makes it the perfect rower :)

We purchased the walnut water rower over a year ago and have been using it for 30-60 minutes five days a week. As a six foot, 17 stone guy I’m pretty hard on my equipment, and the rower has performed exceptionally well. Mechanically it has performed faultlessly for over 150 hours use. The weak spot of the rower is the V2 monitor, which works absolutely fine but is a little limited on its functionality, and the integration with Kinomap software isn’t as good as it doesn’t include intensity. However, when I took these concerns to Topiom, they supplied me with a new V3 monitor which is a massive step up and offers superior functionality, with the Kinomap integration now fixed. The Fitshow app which you can use as an alternative is simplistic so spend some time and hook it up to Kinomap, its infinitely better and offers training programmes and videos which you can develop a good training plan with. It’s significantly quieter than my outgoing fan resistance rower, and I can row with people asleep next door without disturbing them, which I couldn’t do with the fan rower. I purchased this as an alternative to the existing water rower here in the UK, and having used both, there really is nothing in the build quality, and with the upgrade to the V3 monitor, Topiom has really closed the gap on the more established products with good functionality and options. With the newer monitor installed, its closer than ever to the Waterrower, and is superior to any other rower at this price point, especially when you factor in the exceptional customer service backup, and the fact that for heavier rowers there aren’t that many options.

Love this rowing machine! Bought the Walnut model during a discount deal in November. It arrived very swiftly, in a matter of days. Arriving in two seperate deliveries and very well packaged. It took me a while to put together on my own. Approximately 2 afternoons. With help from the booklet of instructions and the You Tube video provided. I had to use a pair of pliers with the Allen keys. As some areas where the bolts went in were very stiff. I am very impressed with the swift response of customer services and continued support provided. The rowing machine is of an excellent quality and I would highly recommend to others. I ordered the rower online and much like everyone else I was impressed with the speed that the rower arrived. It is pretty simple to put together and all the pieces feel robust and well made. Unfortunately I had been sent the wrong rails but Topiom couldn't have done any more to resolve the issue and sent me new rails really quickly, which now for perfectly. It's a really good rower, it feels solid and well made. I find it a bit hard to see the data on the screen because it's in quite a dark room and I'm old and wear glasses but I definitely wouldn't let that effect your decision to buy it or not. I spent a long time choosing which rower to buy. A rowing friend of mine suggested another model that 'rowers' use but it was much larger, noisier and pretty ugly. if you have to put your rower in the house this is a superb option - It looks great! It's also pretty easy to move around the house and lean against the wall using the wheels on the base (nice rubber skateboard wheels).

This is an excellent and very well made piece of fitness equipment. I read the reviews first myself and was not disappointed. Arrived in 2 cartons ( from UK ), 1 day apart and alot quicker than what's advised. Very easy to assemble and works fantastic. you can control your own pace and resistance and done 8 x 30 minute workouts so far with no problems at all with the rowing machine or any strains on an old body. The sound of the water as you row is soothing, but i tend to put on some music now. Have to say the best thing is the customer service, follow up is quick and efficient and top marks to Mia from Topiom. She was fantastic. would i recommend ? Yes, its great value . It's so easy to lift up to a vertical so can fit anywhere ( Currently in my dining room- patient Wife ) Have lost 3kg in 8 days as its pushed me to start getting back into shape after LD. I had a small issue with my footplate and reported it to the team. There was no quibble and a replacement footplate arrived within a few days. I am a regular rower and row 30 minutes twice a day and this level of service is brilliant. Thank you Topiom.

I was after a rower machine for a long time, since the prices are getting high like crazy, I discover Topiom. At the beginning I was not sure about the company, since I thought they were a fake shop, but after getting in contact with them and taking a look over the internet, i found out that they were "real". I started to email with one of they customer service workers and asking how it is with spare parts, since other companies are on the market since many many years and you can always get spare parts for them. That was one of the doubts Ive had before, but I received a positive feedback, so I was happy to purchase one. Every question I had, was always answered in the next 24-48 hours, which now a days that is more than great. The delivery time was very very quick, after purchase I received my goods in the next 3 working days. The package was also made of a very good quality, meaning that you will not receive your machine with any damage. The quality from the water rower is very very high. I use to sell sport equipment so I know Life Fitness and Waterrower very good and the Topium Water Rower, has nothing less that they have. Is a very very good quality and way much cheaper. The assembly is also very very easy no more than 40min. I use the waterrower for my Crossfit sessions and you can pull hard that is very resistant. The only thing that i do not "like" from the monitor is the following: When you row, the meters shown on the Display is always from 6m to 6m... so 6m-12m-18m etc... That is the only think which i do not like. On my opinion I can only recommend this company and the waterrower.

5 Sterne und mehr, wenn wir könnten, für Topiom und vor allem für Johanna, die uns vor und nach dem Kauf in beeindruckender Weise betreut hat. Durch Zufall sind wir bei der Suche nach einem Rudergerät auf die Seite von Topiom mit dem Angebot für eine 21tägige Testphase gekommen. Das Angebot klang sehr verlockend, fast zu verlockend, um wahr sein. Denn kein deutscher Anbieter bot eine Testphase an. Also eine Mail losgeschickt, um ein paar grundsätzliche Fragen zu klären. Prompt kam eine Antwortmail von Johanna auf Deutsch. Johanna hat uns durch die Beantwortung all unserer Fragen unsere anfänglichen "Ängste" genommen. Wir haben nun unser Rudergerät schon 2 Monate und sind mehr als zufrieden. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, sich für ein Rudergerät von Topiom zu entscheiden. Hier stimmen nicht nur Preis und Leistung, sondern auch der Serice - und der in deutscher Sprache! Also nochmals vielen Dank ganz speziell an Johanna.

Ich nutze das Gerät nun seit ein paar Wochen und bin begeistert. Qualität stimmt. Lieferung super zügig schneller als angekündigt. Ich habe schon zwei mal mit dem Support (in englisch) geschrieben. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wassertabletten wurden sofort umsonst losgeschickt und Verpackung kann man auch entsorgen und muss nicht den Keller vollstellen. Der Computer zeigt das nötige an. Watt habe ich leider noch nicht gefunden, aber muss mir die Anleitung noch mal genauer ansehen. Kann es nur empfehlen und ist günstiger als ein Original waterrower.

The machine works and is a great exercise for me. I especially love the integration with Kinomap app and watching the videos sync to my movements is a treat. A good buy!

I have to say like many others on here I was a bit sceptical about ordering as I couldn't find more information about the brand online. They showed available stock unlike Waterrower, concept 2 etc so decided to give it try and I've been really pleasantly surprised. The order itself was dispatched really quickly, within a few working days. As advised when ordering it was shipped in 2 parts, first arrived really promptly and second parcel around a week later. They even delivered to the Highlands which some other UK brands won't do. All arrived very well packaged and with clear enough instructions. It was a little bit fiddly to assemble on your own but around 30 minutes later it was built. Construction seems really sturdy and we'll made to a high quality finish. The screen display is pretty basic but does the job, if you just want to track time, distance etc it'll be more then fine. It also takes up quite little space and looks pretty good when stored upright. I contacted customer service as I ordered just before the £100 promo started and the were super helpful and refunded it for me as a gesture of goodwill. All in all really quite pleased with it and pretty confident in the product. Should there be any issues with CS team seen very helpful. If you don't want to wait months for Waterrower stock and to save yourself £400 for a very similar looking product I wouldn't look no further.

Ich habe das Rudergerät seit 4 Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden damit! Optisch wie die anderen Holz-Waterrower, gut verarbeitet, wertiger Eindruck! Sitz läuft gut, Bedienung ist hervorragend! Also: alles sehr gut! Hervorzuheben aus meiner Sicht ist noch die sehr nette Kommunikation (Johanna)!
