I had my wedding dress cleaned here and I cannot recommend Diamond enough. The service was absolutely incredible, it was considerably cheaper than other quotes I sourced and, despite the fact I'd left the dress for months with stains on, came back looking literally brand new. If you're looking for somewhere brilliant to trust with your wedding dress or any other special item (in particular silk) this is the place in London to go.

I’ve been using these brothers for the last few of my suits and have to say they have not disappointed me at all, service was amazing and they managed to have quick turn arounds for my tailoring. Amazing work, about to bring another suit in this week to get some work done on that.

Very professional and reliable tailor. I was able try all the garments in shop to mark the alterations needed. My dress was ready to within 3 days and the alterations look fantastic. Other items were also tailored perfectly, so will definitely be coming back.

I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the service I have received from Diamond Tailors and Dry Cleaners. My item was ready to collect so I made my way to the shop on Friday morning (1 hour journey) to arrive at their opening time of 8am to discover that no one was there and the shutters were down. I waited 15 minutes, I tired calling and emailing with no response and then had to leave as I was starting work at 9am and was going to be late. I spent over two hours going there and back and was not able to collect my wedding dress. I spoke to them on the phone at 8.30am and expressed how upset I was and they said they were stuck in traffic and would email me to arrange a home delivery. I then received an email at 9.21am asking me to come back and collect the dress at a "convenient time"!? (I had already gone at my only convenient time and spent hours doing so). As a courtesy, they should have offered a complimentary delivery to my home address for the inconvenience caused but even after politely asking for this, they said no. My fiancé then had to go and pick up the wedding dress and bring it back home which was hugely inconvenient for him. Considering I already spent £200 for this service I really expected more from them - I understand it is not their fault if they are stuck in unexpected traffic but it is also not my fault either and customer service should come first. I would advise that you look elsewhere for dry cleaning and alterations as the way they treat their customers is a disgrace and I sincerely hope that no one else has the same awful experience that I have had.

Really great!! I hate to write review, but not this time All grease marks have been removed and my coats are just like new Except their extraordinary cleaning, their service is amazing. There seemed something wrong with my order, so I called them. After patient communication, they came to take my coats just in 10min and delivered them really fast. I have to recommend them!!

Having accidentally timed my visit during their lunch break closing hours on a Friday, they happily agreed to open early after a quick email to allow for my mistake and tight schedule. Got my work trousers tailored by the guys this week. Honestly an efficient and quality service yet again from Diamond Tailors & Dry Cleaners. They tailored the trousers just they way I wanted them to! I was looked after throughout the process and had been updated in a timely manner. I highly recommend doing tailoring with them! Sent my Canada Goose from Bradford. Had a-lot of stains on the jacket, came back to me brand new as if i had purchased it from a retailer. The whole process was easy. 100% Recommend!
