Very professional and responsive to queries. Only complaint I have is that there was a 3 week gap in hearing back about whether I would be having an interview.

Slightly disappointed with the lower salary offered against that which was requested, in line with the salary range advertised, however this is not a reflection of the standard of service received by Lucy. She went above and beyond and I am incredibly grateful for all that she has done for me.
