Solmek's website states they accept Paypal, however, when I tried to process my paypal payment, they would only accept friends and family, not goods and services. If this is a legitimate business accepting paypal payments, they wouldn't insist on friends and family payments as that screams "SCAM"!

This company is a sham. I bought software that I could not access. They sent me a google doc with a link to apparently download, but I was not going to do such a thing. They also charged my credit card several $1 unauthorized charges from a few different sources. When I asked for help they didn't even ask for my order number or name, so how they knew who I was is beyond me. The whole thing was suspicious and weird. They then sent an email to me and about 5 others (we could see each others' emails) asking us how our experience was, etc. Totally unprofessional. A few of us communicated and all had the same experience. We didn't get what we paid for.

The site offered a very good price for software needed for our business. It seemed to be too good to be true. However all my questions were answered by their live chat and the Software license key was sent promptly. For US customers-the company is located in the UK so you may run into an issue with your credit card charge being turned down due to suspected fraud.

You got one star because they don’t allow zero. You took my money and didn’t deliver a valid license key that Intuit would recognize. When I reached out for help, I got no response. Oddly, I got connected to an email chain with three other users, all of whom were experiencing similar difficulties with Solmeks. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. I consider Solmeks to be a scam.

I wasn't sure if I was dealing with a reputable company when my software didn't work, however when I reached out to Someks with my issue they promptly and professionally took care of it. They even apologized for my inconvenience.

I purchase software from this company and the license key they provided was invalid. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone but never got a response. Furthermore, someone from their customer support managed to CC myself and several other of their customers on an email where another customer was having the same issue with their license key. This site is clearly a scam. UPDATE: I have to update my existing review to respond to the company's response... I tried multiple time to get my issued resolved and got NO response from the company. I even went so far as to use their chat service to inquire about some other product just to get someone chatting and got an immediate response. As soon as I asked about my license key issue, the representative stopped responding. As for the person who posted the 5 star review, I'm willing to bet that was the company themselves posting a fake review.
