United Kingdom | 10 April 2017Easy ordering, good comms and fast service. Item was described as mint (A grade) but both plates have small scratches on them which was a little disappointing but doesn't affect the performance. Overall a great price for the straighteners with a 6 month guarantee.

Browsing the site, had a question about the gradings, got an instant reply on live chat which clearly answered my question.. ordered 'c' grade, they arrived next day and there is literally nowt up with them! You wouldn't know they weren't new. Great site, very happy with purchase and will be recommending :)
