The community and just overall great. The way the site is ran overall is just outstanding. I have no complaints, over love for the site for the time to come.

Canada | 03 July 2021CollectCases is CollectFamily's case opening site. Case Selection: There are a total of 21 unique cases that can be opened. 12 of them are CollectCases' own cases and the rest are 9 of CSGO's cases. The cheapest is the "The Dream" case at 0.36 credits and the most expensive one is "Stab Em" at 95.92 credits. (1 credit is around 1 USD). I think that the case selection is pretty limited (and there's no case creator, unfortunately) Deposit Methods: There are only 2 deposit methods available: ShadowPay's skin deposit and vouchers that you can earn on CollectSkins. I think that there should be a couple more ways to get credits. Maybe crypto, or G2A. Challenges: An interesting feature that CollectCases has are small challenges that you can take part in where cases are the reward. Some can be completed daily, some weekly and some can be completed at any time. For example, one of them is "Open 20 Shattered Web cases" and you'll get a free Shattered Web case as a reward. This challenge can be completed any time. I'm a fan of these. Support: Unlike CollectSkins, the support section, as of July 2nd 2021, is unfinished, and there's no support ticket system yet. CollectCases did come out in late March of 2021, so hopefully, there will be a way to make support tickets regarding a problem you're having on CollectCases soon. In the meantime, there's a email address you can contact to ask questions, and there’s the CollectFamily discord server too. UI: The site is pretty clean and pretty easy to navigate around once you get used to it. User Seed: Users can create a placebo by inputting their own seed in Settings, which is cool, I guess. It’s not the first site I’ve seen to have this. Selling back: As expected, you can sell back a skin after winning it, and you can sell it back for +5% its listed value if you do it quickly, which is nice. Provably Fair: CollectCases has no provably fair anywhere on-site, which is kind of weird. CollectSkins has a provably fair on their games, so it would make sense that CollectCases, their case-opening site where you’re able to deposit would have one too. (I can assure you, the site is fully legit but still, there really should be one.) % chance on items: You can technically see the percentage of winning a certain skin by seeing what ticket interval they fall into, but it’d be a lot simpler to just include the % aswell. Wear: The wear of a skin is, for some reason, not listed on a skin’s little info box when previewing a case. In addition, the value shown on each skin is labeled as “Top Price”, which is basically the skin’s value at whatever condition it’s in. It’d be better to just list the condition (Factory New, Minimal Wear, etc). Overall, that’s pretty much all there is to say about CollectCases. It’s pretty basic and generic and I’d just stick to the other popular and more well-rounded case opening sites that are out there. Hopefully it gets more exciting updates in the future.

Canada | 03 July 2021Earning: If you count AdScend and Hideout as one, and Personal.ly and SurveyTime as one, there are a total of 16 offerwalls available to earn coins from. This is by far the most amount of offerwalls I’ve personally seen on a GPT site like this one. One interesting feature CollectSkins has is an “on-hold” feature where all 250+ coin offers, no matter what category they fall into (apps, surveys, etc.) are held for 30 days to supposedly prevent chargebacks. It’s a good idea in theory, but you’re not suddenly prone to a chargeback just because 30 days has passed. Offerwalls like RevenueWall can chargeback surveys done 90+ days ago, so you’re not always safe, but this is not really a flaw with the on-hold system, it’s just an offerwall being annoying, so keep that in mind. Also, offerwalls have the right to chargeback whenever they want to. If an offerwall charges you back a 300 coin offer a day after you complete it, then you’re out of luck. Both you and the site are negatively affected. The on-hold system is a “just in case” more than anything. Another gripe I have with this system is how users are pretty much forced to connect a Steam account (that meets their requirements) with the site. If you don’t, then you’re unable to withdraw anything from the skins shop, and that all offers over 25 coins get held for 30 days. So, if you just came for, let’s say, a Discord Nitro Classic (575 coins) and you don’t use Steam or your Steam is limited and under 60 days old (as their requirements state) then you’re stuck paying the price, as you’ll be doing a lot of tiny, <25 coin offers. Fees: CollectSkins takes a 30% fee for all offerwalls, and 15% fee for all withdrawals. This is completely understandable, as it would be a bit difficult to run a popular GPT site without any fees. Leaderboard: You can earn a few extra coins each month for earning a lot, which is nice. Shop: There is a giftcard shop that’s not the biggest I’ve ever seen (That $25 PayPal is nice, though.) and a skin shop containing CSGO, Rust, TF2, and DOTA 2, which is nice. How ever, any item that would have Steam’s 7-day trade lock is locked for 7 days on-site too, as CollectSkins users their own Steam bot to optimize the prices to the best of their ability. (You can create a support ticket to request a custom giftcard or custom giftcard amount that’s not in the shop, which is nice.) Games: There are two games: Coinflip (which they call PvP) and Rocket Crash. PvP is your ordinary coinflip game, and Rocket Crash and basically standard Crash, expect you can’t back out and you cannot bet past 50x, which is interesting. (PvP has a 5% fee // Crash has a 6.66% house edge) Support: Overall, great support team and response time. Nothing negative to say about it. Live chat: Like many other GPT and gambling sites, CollectSkins has a live chat that is fairly active Discord: One of the coolest features is that the #chat channel in the Discord is synced with the on-site chat. So, if you type a message in Discord, it will show up on-site and vice-versa. (If you link your Discord with the site, that is.) Referral System: Pretty solid. You sign up with someone’s link and they receive 5% of whatever you earn and you receive a 10% earning boost that lasts 24 hours. UI: The UI can appear a bit cluttered and confusing at first, but it’s pretty straightforward once you get familiar with it. Raffles: Each week, there’s a raffles for a prize worth a few bucks, such as coins on-site or a CSGO skin. Each month, there’s a raffle for a more expensive item, such as a low-mid and CSGO knife, which is awesome. You can get 2 raffle tickets a day (1 for each raffle), granted your community level is 20 or higher.* Leveling Systems: CollectSkins has 2 leveling systems: Site level and Community level. You raise your site level by earning coins. You can get small perks like an earning boost for reaching certain milestones. *The community level is interesting. Basically, you earn community points by engaging with CollectSkins’ community. -Posting a message in chat: 1pt -Posting a screenshot of your earnings on Discord: 25pts -Gaining a reaction on your screenshot: 5pts each -Leaving a review on Trustpilot: 500pts (may affect this review and how TP views it) -Joining a raffle: 50pts (You need to be community level 20 to join raffles.) -A user joins with your referral link: 100pts -You can gain 500 points each 24hrs if you boost the Discord server. You need to be at least community level 10 to be able to withdraw, which is 675 community points. So, if you just want to come and withdraw a small 50 coin item, you’ll have to do quite a bit of stuff in order to even do that. I think that level 10 is a stretch for a user that doesn’t want to chat much and just wants a small item. Overall, great site, but it has its couple of flaws, so I can’t give it 5 stars.
