I received an email to access the platform that did not allow access to the services shown in the sales information. You access the platform and the environment and access remain basic and limited and generate no video or if you do, of low quality and pixelated, it is not at all like in the advertisement. And I have been absolutely disappointed apart from the fact that they do not tell me anything to refund my money and they continue to send me offers for services that already make me wonder if they are real, or also possible fraud.
