Poland | 08 October 2024We have been long-time users of LiveChat and have gained numerous deals thanks to the platform, for which we are truly grateful. Unfortunately, for many years, they have been unable to resolve the issue of random logouts, and integrations frequently break on their own. The most recent update has been a complete nightmare. The app barely functions. I constantly receive the message 'You are offline,' and hitting retry does absolutely nothing. Restarting the app only provides a temporary fix. Sadly, I have to give it a 2-star rating and will be moving on to another solution. EDIT: As mentioned, we've already moved on and don't want to spend more time with your support. While it has been helpful, the issue keeps reappearing.

Bulgaria | 16 September 2024I have been using chat for many years. Recently, when contacting support, not a single problem has been fixed and not a single wish has been taken into account. The product is developing on its own, the consumer’s opinion is not important. I have extended the LiveChat for one year at 27 Aug 2024. Then I found one more issue with LiveChat App, contacted with support several times, but nobody wants to fix their problem. I was forced to find another product for my company. Thats why I decided to stop using the LiveChat. As it was extended for one year (until 28 Aug 2025) I was thinking that can change period for one month and refund the remaining money. Opened the LiveChat app and clicked change period. Automatically charged $207 from my card. There was no notification that there would be a charge! That’s already fraud. Maybe you think that period was extended until 28 Sep 2025. But not! New period ends at 15 Oct 2024! I have contacted with support and man told me that no refunds in this company. I asked him to use the last monthly payment and refund the yearly payment. It’s normal request in this case I think because the money was charged irregularly, without any notice. The man from support told me again that no refunds and ignored information that one year period was stolen! 20 minutes of silence. Then he decide to forward this information in ticket and contact with him manager. In the morning I have received a refund invoice for the monthly period. The money was not refunded yet. But I hope it’ll be. The most interesting thing is that a period of one year remained stolen! I would not advise anyone to use the services of this company. They do not care about you. And as soon as they hear that you plan to stop using their services, they will steal your money and the paid year. And this is about 2000 dollars! They are scammers! p.s. United States | 15 August 2024If there's one thing I had to choose where LiveChat really stands out from other providers I've worked with, it would, hands down, be their customer service. The LiveChat support team isn't staffed with random folks hired onto an account to gather info and pass it on to others who can actually help. The people you talk with are LiveChat employees who understand the ins and outs of their product and how it works. They have a ton of knowledge that helps skyrocket one-touch resolutions, which I greatly appreciate. Since creating our account around 10 months ago, I've spoken with the support team numerous times, and everyone I have ever talked with has been extremely pleasant to work with while trying to solve some issue or another. One thing that always makes me laugh is customer service platform companies who choose to either staff their support team with agents who barely know the product or choose not to even put their product on their own website to support their customers. It becomes obvious that the company is only out to get your subscription fees and doesn't have the end users in mind. LiveChat and its support team have completely refreshed my view of customer service platforms providing a meaningful customer service/support experience.

Spain | 27 June 2024Do yourself a favor and check out other AI chatbots that will hand off to live agents, you don't know what you're missing. We were with livechat.com for 14 years and just made the switch to SocialIntents and we're getting the same software for 1/5th the price and we aren't charged premiums to 'upgrade' to AI chatbots. Livechat.com was once a cool company but they've gotten greedy. There are a few other options out there too like Customerly that are great options.

Turkey | 28 May 2024I strongly advise against choosing any small organization for your needs. The reason is that any minor feature often incurs an additional cost. I was unaware that some extremely basic features required extra payment, making it incredibly challenging to use the service effectively. While the people are helpful and I had no issues with them personally, small businesses are definitely not recommended. I highly suggest discussing your specific requirements with them beforehand to find out what solutions they can offer for your business. None of the existing forms or chat structures worked for me, and they repeatedly insisted that I needed to upgrade. Even something as simple as collecting a name and surname requires an upgrade.

The tool is absolutely intuitive and easy to use. Support is friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our cooperation with them.

Canada | 07 May 2024I logged into my account to cancel or downgrade. The cancelation was not pro-rated so I decided to try and downgrade to a cheaper account for a few months. The chat agent said I had to resubscribe. I did this and clicked the wrong button and paid for 12 months. I immediately changed this to one-month billing. The chat agent refused to offer a refund. I am filing a Visa dispute.

United States | 07 May 2024Literally unbelievable how corrupt these people are. I added a user to my account not realizing the cost was $230+ per year! So then I emailed them literally 3 minutes after adding the user (I have the emails to prove it) telling them I didn't realize the cost associated with adding the user and to please refund the money since I deleted the new user. They wrote back "Hello, As per our Terms of Use, we do not offer refunds for any downgrades in subscriptions."

Australia | 28 February 2024They say 14 day free trial no credit card ... but if a previous website designer happened to have used free chat already then your credit card will be deducted with no warning . Lost 1300$ and they will not return it . And no one ever clicked on the chat anyway .. Be warned. In response to your reaponse , as 2 persons unknowingly applied for trial on same website , the second put their cc details in and it said would be charged afte trial period but charged straightaway as trial had been used . No warning given to 2nd person. Thankfully my credit card comp reclaimed money so we have the cash now through force.

Italy | 21 December 2023They fake in supporting nonprofit organizations. We spend like 300 dollars monthly in LiveChat, even if we are an official nonprofit organization in Italy. We obviously sent them all the documents provided by Italy's government. But they decided not to accept our application without telling us any reason. Not professional at all. Considering that isn't possible to build long-term relationships with them, we skip to another software. You better do the same. Don't trust in LiveChat and don't try to find support in Dominica.
