Was told rest of stock was same so admitting they regularly sell out of date, ruined candles. No refund unless they were returned which I couldn't do as no tech facility so was left out of pocket by over £20.

United Kingdom | 04 September 2024Ordered some jelly cats for a child birthday party and received a disturbing call from a man called Christian Adam’s “e-commerce director” I was told by a customer service representative after the call . The man seemed aggravated and acted very angry towards me for ordering a few different variants of these jelly cat toys for a child’s birthday party off a few websites.He showed 0 sympathy and came as a threat after shortly putting the phone down . Very poor management from you mr e-commerce director. Customer service told me I went over the allowed limit by purchasing from a second website which they also owned ( how was I meant to know they owned 2 websites) very poor and shocking resolution to the issue of a fault only caused by the company itself and to receive this personal phone call in that manner was just disgraceful . Spend your money elsewhere !!

United Kingdom | 16 August 2024My partner bought me four Jellycats from here as a surprise. Unfortunately when they arrived three out of the four were damaged in various ways; one had a scratched eye, another had a black mark on the front, the last one had stuffing coming out of it in various places and was poorly stitched. I was so disappointed. I contacted Temptation Gifts and they were amazing, they sent replacements for the items that were damaged straight away and provided me with a returns label for the damaged items. I received the replacement items the following day. Two of the replacements were perfect but one was rather underfilled compared to the damaged original one and had it’s fin sewn on the wrong way around, it didn’t lay flat pointing backwards, it pointed forwards covering its eye. I contacted temptation gifts and they said they could send another once I’d sent the replacement and the original back. I was concerned I wouldn’t be happy with another replacement, TG agreed to give a partial discount the original item or to return it for a full refund. I accepted a partial discount which they are processing now. Apart from the quality of some of the items, I couldn’t fault TG’s customer service. I was treated kindly and with respect, which I appreciate. My issue was sorted within a few days with replacements sent and received within 24h. Despite the issues I encountered, I would shop here again.

United Kingdom | 18 June 2024Bought a Jellcat Soother for a new baby gift, and paid 4.99 for 24 tracked. This review is the simple not great packaging sent through the postal system. This soft toy was sent in a very thin plastic envelope and as you guessed was punctured in two places the bag was sized approx 8x5 inches the soft toy must have been squished inside with little thought of the consequences. When opened today it was rather a letdown it was miss shaped the labels were dog-eared and creased quite sad to see only because of the unsuitable packaging. Will not purchase from them again.

Ireland | 28 February 2024When purchasing 2 china mugs I was unaware that in addition to a delivery charge I was expected to pay 21€ of customs charges from FedEx.( UK-IRELAND) ( This was nearly more than the cost of the mugs) I told them I no longer wanted the mugs but they still appeared on my door step. Fed Ex then hired a collections agency to threaten me . Never never again!!! Buyer beware. In response Temptation gifts ...you have an email from me saying I no longer wanted the items as I did not want to pay customs charges. However they were left on my door step and not signed for! This was then followed by threatening letters from FedEx ( whom you hired to deliver) you cannot abdicate responsibility from this situation. Again Sharp Practices.

Official branded merchandise such as Kate Spade, Ted Baker and Jellycat at a fraction of the price. Dispatch to the UK was quick and efficient. Great quality products at great prices.

Ireland | 24 January 2024What a sham of a company, I ordered a tealight house from them on the 19th Jan, priced at £23 18p which included postage, today I received an email from customs saying I owe them 23 euros, to say I was shocked was an understatement, I have been buying from the UK for years and I have never been charged tax before, on ringing customs to find out what happened we were told the package did not have a customs label attached so they guessed a price of 76 euros and charged me tax on that, after contacting the company they told me that they send out parcels for ireland normal post without a customs label, how ridiculous can you get!!!!!!!!!! They offered to take the house back but I would have to pay postage and also lose the postage to have it delivered to my home, I will Never buy from this company again, thank you temptation gifts for your brilliant service and for ripping a pensioner off, I hope it makes you proud! May I just add that we do not have to pay customs tax on any item under 135 pounds, if they had taken the time to fill in a declaration form stating the cost of the item then it would have been delivered to me free of any custom charges, Every other company I have bought from does this as a normal thing, What a way to run a business, If anyone from Ireland is reading this you have been warned!!!!!!!!!

The second one a present which arrived in less than 24 hours with the recipient. Ordered on 22 Dec and delivered on 23 Dec!
