United States | 04 January 2025I'm a flute player from the band of warriors (Cherokee high school marching band) and this was my last year and my band directors last year in the marching band. The experience was amazing tbh. I got to dance and eat amazing food (I almost took the giant cookies home with me lol) and the DJ we got was the absolute best! Both funny and had good taste in music (+ our requests) again 10/10 wish I could go back in time to go through it all again!

United States | 04 January 2025The WorldStrides Team was awesome to work with! They were very knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and helped me find where I needed to go! I jumped into this trip with very little info except the itinerary and between Kerri, Chip, and Brenda they were able to answer all my questions. They were welcoming, helpful, fun, and I enjoyed my experience. We will most definitely be going back to a bowl game!

United States | 04 January 2025I would strongly advise against using WorldStrides. This company preys on families and children through educational institutions, and my experience with them was nothing short of a scam. First, their reimbursement insurance is a complete waste of money. Even after purchasing it, don’t expect to receive anywhere near a full refund. The fine print is misleading, and the refund policy is incredibly restrictive, leaving you with only a fraction of what you paid. Second, even after you cancel a plan, WorldStrides will continue to bill you. It doesn’t matter if you’ve followed their cancellation procedures or chosen a specific plan—they seem intent on squeezing every last dollar out of you, regardless of the situation. Overall, WorldStrides markets itself as an organization that supports educational travel, but the reality is far from that. Their business practices are predatory and take advantage of families trying to give their children enriching experiences. Save your time, money, and frustration—look for other options that value transparency and respect their customers.

United States | 03 January 2025The timing was bad on the Parks and no fast pass we went on the worse days to disney and sea world sea world on a Saturday was horrible it is always the worse day Monday was the worse day for Disney 3 day passes run out that day. Sea world was the worse I got on 1 ride in 4 hours and barley saw the orca the second ride made me late to our band concert and the only other ride I got on due to me being a professional photographer and he gave me a pass for one ride. The pasta was burned the bread sticks were hard. 3 or 4 hours is not enough time. Disney we got there when it opened and and Space Mountain Broke I bought a lightning pass and all of the rides could not be ridden till the end of the night so I got my money back If I had a lightning pass earlier and my ticket I could have planned my day out and not worried about that. Luckily they gave me back 80 bucks. Sea world at 10 would have been much better not 230 the game was a high light. Balboa Park is not for teenagers I had to take taxie to get to la jolle to see the live seals and sea lions that is the major attraction that all schoolers schools sea not a zoo that we have in Atlanta and most big parks. The bed was horrible for the Sheraton never stayed at a crappy Sheraton. The breakfast was good. We were lied that we could get a lunch every night we'll that did not happen. Worst trip ever for 5 grand highlight was my extra money to take me to la jolla California.

United States | 03 January 2025Worldstride usually does a top notch itinerary however this trip the choice of hotel was not good. I was a parent of the American Clogging All Stars for the Alamo Bowl. With a lot of meals on our own there were no restaurants within walking distance. A few blocks away was a huge homeless camp which made it unsafe to walk any distance. The hotel restaurant was understaffed, overpriced and had odd hours. They did not provide a continental breakfast like we are accustomed to. Most all flew in and did not have vehicles. We had a tight schedule and did not get meals that the performers needed. Most did not get breakfast before their rehearsals. The hotel is in a very bad location with no restaurant choices. It was difficult to even get a cup of coffee in the morning. I would not use this hotel for future events like this.

United States | 03 January 2025Well organized, WS staff greeted us upon our arrival, breakfast was fresh, hot and ample, Staff made themselves a available onsite and were very helpful & present at all events. Thank you!! Hotel rooms are a little dingy and in need of improvement (wall paper replaced, bathroom ceilings redone and actual vents/fans in the bathrooms.

United States | 02 January 2025It was okay overall. I don't think the $2000 was well spent. I think a hotel with continental breakfast included would have been better. Einstein bagels, several days in a row was not ideal. We very rarely had fruits or vegetables. 4 kids in one room with only two beds seems odd. These kids all needed their own beds or at least some pull out couch bed. Air travel was a nightmare. We were stuck in an airport for over 12 hrs. They gave us $25 a person to eat airport food. We lost a whole day off our itinerary. Our bus driver was good.
