We had an amazing bus driver (Dawn) and tour guide (Brad)!!! Having these two made our experience delightful, fun, educational, and both were extremely reliable!!!! This was my 4th trip with the company and we went to and experienced attractions that I have not been to before. The interactive play was so much fun and the kids loved the dinner cruise.

Planning and organizing was taken care of for the entire trip. Payment made to Worldstrides for everything made it easy and convenient vs. having to book flights, hotels and buy food separately. Many interesting tours on the trip but almost too many that it was nonstop tours from 7am to late in the evening. Flight times were extremely early and only having 3 days to do everything made it seem rushed but it was a great experience either way.

It was fun. The company did a great job of adjusting transportation plans to get into DC from the hotel via train when the Marine marathon was happening.

Overpriced. Phone reps customer service was terrible. Spent more time in a bus then at visiting sites. Not efficient planning. Food locations picked not good.

The trip was very smooth. Maura, the tour guide, did a wonderful job. We will be back.

Our daughter had a great time! She loved your guides and dinners! She loved all the different sites and rides in the nice coach bus.

I loved the bus driver hired,JB, he was really cool and very knowledgeable on almost every building in d.c. If possible I would give him a raise. And tacos at the Madhatter were really good and I enjoyed them a lot.

I loved seeing all the sights and being so close to so much history! I was a little disappointed on the food choices as a vegetarian, and the chaperone that came from worldstrides was not very nice. Besides the few downs this was a really fun experience!

Every thing went well. We had a small problem the first morning with breakfast but it was resolved. We had many things on our schedule. I was sorry that we didn’t have more time to spend in many of the places. Just enough to whet our appetites for more. Well done!

The touring of Washington DC with our world strides guide, Cheri, was nothing less than perfect. Cheri was absolutely amazing! She handled our bus, parents and students with high expectations and respect. Her depth of knowledge was impressive as she captured our attention with her well presented details and relevant facts. Cheri kept us on pace at each spot and still allowed us the freedom to explore and absorb our nations history and artifacts. I will remember the actual trip fondly, giving it five stars, but would be amiss giving my overall experience the same ranking. The customer service side of WorldStrides was unfortunately not as glorious. We had smooth sailing with online application and overall navigation of the site. My problem was with the withdrawal of the monthly payment. For the first four months, I had to call and have my information re-entered by customer service. My information never changed, there was always money in the bank and yet I continued to have issues. I spoke with multiple people each month, trying to sort out the payment, the late fees, as well as the withdrawal from the automatic payment service. This was my only reoccurring hassle. The actual trip, the flow of the tour, our guide Cheri and transportation company were outstanding! My son and I cannot wait to return to DC to foster our flame of interest that Cheri ignited. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have taken students on trips in the past with other travel companies but World Strides does everything first class. Our tour guide Cheri was fabulous as was our bus driver James (I'm convinced that he could have thread a needle with that bus!). The men at the hotel, Dave and David, had everything organized and the ladies that stayed up at night were friendly and helpful. Every meal site was perfect and the food options were great, especially for 8th grade students. I can't imagine the amount of behind the scenes work that a trip like this requires but please know that it did not go unnoticed! I would / and plan to use World Stride in the future.

Cheri was a great tour guide and James was an excellent bus driver. We were well taken care of every step of the way. Our hosts at the hotel were so kind and helpful, and our overnight chaperones were great.
