Order changed then cancelled the day before delivery. If you want balloons delivered I wouldn't bother. Spent £50 on an order with a large special delivery fee over a week in advance. Messaged to say certain items weren't available and would I be happy to swap them out which I did. Then messaged the day before the party when they were due to be delivered to say they couldn't deliver them on time. Awful company with awful service!!

Ordering process is straight forward and great. I just wish it had said if the balloon I wanted was available or not at chosen store. However the store did call me to say they didn't have it and offered an alternative that I could decide if I wanted or not when came to collect the other item.

Excellent service at Partica Sutton. Ana helped me find what I needed for my daughter's party table and made suggestions on colour combinations. She checked the list of articles before billing me and then checked the bill with me. Will be returning.

After a phone call with the store (yes they answer their phone and speak to you directly!!!!), we established they had the balloons in stock & could fill them with helium & we could pick them up (we gave them very little notice). When we got to the store the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. It was one of the most pleasant retail experiences I have had in the last 5 years. I thoroughly recommend them & will certainly use them again. The balloons and accessories help make the party a full success.
