The level of service and after warranty help i received was great, 2 products sent to my old address i thought were lost, where replaced twice without question, i got my machine at a good price too, my experience from them here in Australia was above expectations thanks for reading.

This is a really solid machine and very versatile. The toy it comes with is high quality and ready to mount. I’ve been generally very happy with it and I’ve put it through some… very demanding heavy-duty use. If you’ve got the budget and you’re into really big toys like me, you may want to go with one of the super high-end machines but you can definitely make this one work for you.

At first, there was an issue with the machine not working due to likely issue with the motor/electrical component. The speed adapter also would not connect due to the adapter and/or machine (it is not complicated to do and following the manual is easy, but there clearly was some defect). They got back to me and sent me a new adapter, which did not make the machine work due to motor/electrical issue I’m assuming. It was very frustrating. But, they sent a brand new machine, which worked. I had to first clear out some metal/plastic piece jutting out in the connector tunnel and then it screwed in properly. My guess is these machines are not always the same despite manufactured in bulk, so there may be some defects here and there. I am overall happy with the customer service for listening, receiving my emails with photo/video and not ignoring/minimizing the issue. The new one works well thus far, everything connected well on this one. The manual was easy to follow as it always was. I am giving 5 out of 5 due to correction of the first order.

I was very hesitant to buy this on first glance. The Reviews said it was a good product but i was hesitant to spend 400$ on this. I must say, i am happy i did. This machine is very well made. It arrived ahead of arrival schedule with everything you see on the cover. Easy to build and quite as other reviews will tell you. The remote control for how fast it goes is my favorite part. My order was missing an adapter. I emailed support about it, thought I didn't hear back; their email tag contains a bunch of chinese characters, so it went straight into my spam. I left a review here stating that I didn't hear back, and they contacted me through email and fixed the issue promptly and politely.Overall solid piece of equipment. Had a few instances were the machine turned off due to resistance (i think) but all in all its quiet, easy to set up, and powerful. Would love to see some type of stand adapters to make it more sturdy or taller. This model is amazing. Very quiet compared to other models. Decently strong motor too! Adjustability is 4* but still gets the job done in most positions.
