Joke of a place. I called to add more to an order I had made and ask for some advice but I might as well have asked for their firstborn the way I was treated. I heard a senior member of staff berating a junior member of staff because I had asked to speak to him. Called back only to be told someone would call me back. That call never happened. In the end, I cancelled the order and got of big box chain in the Netherlands. I wanted to order form an Irish company but they were just awful. Re Reply - how convenient for you.
