I took my Tenways CGO600 to the Whaley Bridge branch of eBike Republic as it was malfunctioning and I received an excellent service from Bryn. He quickly diagnosed the issue and kept me informed all the way during the repair. He ordered the parts from Tenways and repaired my bike to an excellent standard. Cannot recommend Bryn and eBike Republic enough.

I bought a Tenways bike from Ebike Republic and it was delivered within two days ready to use. I'm very happy with the bike itself so far, but ER has been excellent from advising me, to assisting with the order and paperwork (bought through the Cycle to work scheme), responding to emails and arranging fast delivery.

It is how shopping should be! The phone was answered every time in a timely manner. Bryn was knowledgable, helpful and informative. It made me want to buy from ebikerepublic. Delivery was a positive experience with calls to advise the day and later the time of delivery. I had a problem with the seat post supplied by the manufacturer, but Bryn quickly came up with options and helped to resolve the issue. I have had so many past experiences where I have visited a shop and found that I know more about the shops products than those working in the shop, consequently this has been a refreshening experience albeit that everything was done on the phone and by email and I would recommend them to you.

I was worried because it is a bigger bike , but needn't have because it was perfect, infact I rode it home

I ordered a bike with eBike Republic through the cycle2work scheme recently. once my application had been approved, I was contacted very promptly to arrange a pickup/delivery date for my new bike. Bryn was incredibly prompt with his responses and easy to communicate with, I wasn't sure if we would be able to get something confirmed before I was back in the office as I emailed on Friday afternoon (admittedly very late in the day), but Bryn responded on the following Monday to confirm they could deliver the bike that very day, and within 1.5hrs of his email he had arrived at my building with my bike in hand! he gave a clear run through of the bike's features and how to use it, how to take care of the battery, and that was that. he was very friendly and informative, overall a good customer experience. I have since been using the bike in question to cycle to work and other places multiple times a week, and it has been brilliant so far. can't fault it, it's the best bike I've had! my partner is so jealous he might be getting one too in the future haha!

The staff at Ebikerepublic have been very helpful and never tried to 'sell' me a bike. They simply showed the products available and let me decide. They also allowed me to test and discuss and range of bikes, so that I could get the best tool for the job. I've had the e-bike a few weeks and am very happy with is so far. It has improved my commute!
