After getting a number of loan offers, I would consider the Avondale one of the easiest not to mention very quick to see what sorts of terms I was able to qualify for. I got both pre-qualified and pre-approved loan offers. It was great. Don't have perfect credit and I was in a pinch. I really appreciate all the folks at Avondale did for me. The rate was that as low as I would have liked but it definitely was not very high like others. Thank you.
