After my move from London/UK back to Greece there was an unfortunate event with my expensive TV having been totally broken. HOWEVER Christos himself was instantly available/contactable (mobile & emails) and was happy to Replace the broken item quite quickly, after understanding further details/requirements of the broken item (therefore getting a 'similar object'), although he was NOT legally obliged to do so. Not many companies would opt for such a solution, if any. Thanks Christo again for being very Professional and FAIR.

Mr Christos Vourloumis did our removal from Durham UK to Patras Greece in June 2019, for a 3-bedroom house, including furniture, electrical applianced and cardboard boxes. His associates took care of the packing and loading. Mr Christos was always helpful, polite, professional and available to contact over the phone and answer all our questions. They are extremely punctual at their appointments, all our items were transported without even a tiny scratch. We highly recommend this business for international removals, they offer very good prices and excellent services.

Christos took the responsibility to tranfer my car from Manchester to Athens. He was always there for me solved effevtivelly all the issues and answering my calls any time of the day I received the car exactly on the scheduled time with no problems I highly recomend Christos metafores

Τα κιβώτια έφτασαν ακριβώς στην ώρα τους, τελείως ανέπαφα ανέπαφα - τηλ. χωρίς καμία ζημιά στο κεντρικό σημείο παραλαβής στο κέντρο του Λονδίνου. Με μία λογική - για Αγγλία- έξτρα αμοιβή εξωτερικού συνεργάτη του Χρήστου - κατόπιν συνεννόησης και αποδοχής - αν δεν μπορεί κάποιος να πάει να παραλάβει τα πράγματα του - ήρθαν στην πόρτα του σπιτιού μου ακριβώς την ημέρα και την ώρα που αναγγέλθηκε. Τα περιεχόμενα ήταν κάποια τρόφιμα τα οποία ο Χρήστος τα πέρασε από τα σύνορα - κάποια με υγρά μέσα - λ.χ. σαλαμούρα φέτας - ελιές στην αλμύρα τους - και βέβαια δεδομένου είναι σε ασφαλή πολύ καλή ασφαλή για τέτοια διεθνή μεταφορά - ήρθαν σε μένα - ακριβώς όπως στάλθηκαν από την πόλη αποστολής της Ελλάδας ! We employed ChristosMetafores on our home move from Athens to Reading. His partners in Greece and in the UK did a pretty good job. However, communication with ChristosMetafores was problematic. Significant unscheduled delays in the delivery of our furniture in the UK, going back on what was originally agreed and finally refusing to pay for damage to our furniture. Although they gave us a rather good price quotation, I would not work with them again.

I sent 50 large boxes from London to Greece and everything went smoothly and as promised. Excellent communication all along, goods arrived on time and safe. It was also very reasonable quote the best among others I researched at the time. I would highly recommend the company. Elena Kalofyri
