First it's made in America! I always woke up in pain, head to toe. I've had this bed for 3 or 4 days and I wake up feeling amazing!!!

So far it's working great for us. We didn't have our 1st night on it until December 2nd. So we look fwd to seeing how we love it by night 100

The mattress is great and the price was really good. I believe the quality of the mattress is really amazing for the price. It has provided me with a very comfortable sleep.

Not much of a review because I haven’t received my mattress. Ordered on dec 3rd and was told I would have it by Dec 7th. Today is Dec 12th and still no updated tracking information. Called and they don’t answer. Left several emails and I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed and hoping I didn’t get scammed.

The pad is perfect and has a lovely lavender scent. It is very comfortable and is a great addition to my mattress. Glad I took the chance and made this purchase.

The bed is pretty comfortable. I did expect it to be a little more firm. I don’t wake up so sore compared to my old one. I like the colors on the mattress too.

I tried to stop an order from going in because I had the wrong mattress size. I called customer service and no one answered. I sent an email and it took them two days to answer. When I asked for a refund I never heard back from them. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the purchase since I get no answer from this company. I don’t know if it’s a scam, but Amazon needs to take them off their website.

Ordered the mattress and received the confirmation and estimated delivery date. A few days later I received an email stating the mattress I ordered was not available and stated they could upgrade me to a better mattress within a $50 price difference so it so it could ship sooner. I already ordered the best mattress so that was not a solution. I requested the order to be cancelled. It’s need five days and I’ve had no response. I replied directly back several times to the email EGO sent me as it requested in the email… no reply. I sent an inquiry to EGO support… no reply. I’ve called the phone number listed on the website multiple times and left voicemail… no one ever answers and no reply to the voicemail. All the signs of a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY….Order at your own risk!

Exceptional mattress topper. We were looking for one that was firm as well as comfortable. We found it. A great night sleep. Helps with arthritis pain. Great product!!!

Absolutely worst product. Their customer service is somewhere from Asia so you can not talk over phone and you have to wait for email reply which will come during night. Extremely disappointed.

Mattress arrived quickly, and neatly packed in plastic and a box. We let it sit out to air out for a couple of days before using. My son slept longer than he typically does the first night. It’s very comfortable and he’s really happy with it.

The "firm" level of this mattress actually does provide the sufficient amount of support that would be expected. The only recommendation that I would suggest would be to add a pillow top version to the product line; to give a cradle feel. However, this little nuance isn't something that a mattress topper can't fix.
