It's not keeping my coffee hot at all feel like I waste my all money on this you guys seriously broke the trust never going to buy anything from you now!!!!!! Highly Disappointed!!!

Great Carry along tumbler ( JAVA) kept coffee hot for about 5 hrs and was still warm another 2-3 hrs. Love the color and style , leak proof and good one for on the go and especially if u like to be plastic free

Poor customer support. I am not able to download invoice of my purchase. Also price of the product dropped after my purchase. Wish price drop protection is available. At least for those who placed recent large quantity orders this should be considered.

This was the worst experience of my online purchase. I dint get my order tracking number for almost 10 days and when I contacted on WhatsApp I got reply after 2 days that my product become out of stock so they dint send it I will try not to use headway website in future anymore.

Ridiculous customer support. My lid was leaking, no response for 2 months, I messaged again. They told me they will upgrade the product since they dont have a lid and I message daily since more than a week but there is not update. And everytime they ask me to share my concern on the same whatsapp chat.

Paint done on the bottle wearing out. The lid on metal bottle has to be carefully placed on, which means there is some design flaw, As on the first day of use my wife did not put it on properly. Hence my son's books became soggy by spillage.

I didn’t like the plastic cap it had melted due to heat kindly improve the quality

The cap leaks from the pin where it is tied too. And the sip hole is too tight to get anything put in bottle (diffuser removed)

1 of the 2 products received is defective, i have requested for a replacement but have not received any response for the same.

The Build quality is good of the cup but the LID is very flimsy, it holds the liquid hot for not more than 20-30 mins.
