I thought Dr Kim was a lot warmer than your usual MJ doctor that makes these going through the motions tones when doing these interviews.

They were very professional and friendly The whole process took less than 15 min And I didn’t have to drive anywhere so no wasted gas or time

Loved my doctor she explained everything I needed and answered all my questions that I had would recommend to everyone

My Dr was great! I'm just disappointed because I have to wait for my hard copy. I did this thru speed weed and expected a 25$ credit as they promise. I can't even log in to shop. I hope this is real after paying for it.

I talked with Dr Odgen. She was very knowledgeable with cannabis. Gave me some recommendations what to use and how to use it. Waiting for more information. Tired of all the pills and their side affects. Thank You, HelloMD.

The process was easy, the customer service staff members were polite and helpful both before and after my consultation with the MD, but.... During my consultation the MD recommended a 6 month trial period, to ensure there would be no complications as I wean myself off of my prescribed medication and attempted to utilize the cannabis alternative, and I was told that since I was not being issued a full year recommendation, the normal fee of $59.00 would be cut in half for a 6 month recommendation and I would only be charged $29.50. This was not the case, when I verfied with HelloMD Customer Service Representatives the amount my card for a 6 month recommendation VS a 1 year recommendation, I was informed the price was the same no matter what, HOWEVER they did state to contact them back at the end of my 6 month recommendation period, and I would be provided a promo code to correct the mistake.

My experience was two different parts... *** stars for the first part... The tech aspect, for me at least was a pain, I coldly get it to work and the person I was chatting with frustrated me... maybe it's just because I didn't grow up with this stuff hahahaha!,,***** stars for the Dr who seemed to be genuinely concerned for my well being.. I don't exactly know what I expected, probably someone who was only interested in "Calling it in" but that really wasn't my experience... I'd recommend them.
