There are a lot of hoops to jump through, but the website process in pretty easy to follow. The doctor Dr Olson was wonderful and unbelievably knowledgeable. Learned more about Cannabis and how best to use in fifteen minutes then quite a few years of use. Highly recommend.

I was so happy to configure my phone to the ZOOM App and get online with someone that Satan could have been sitting there ready to hand me a medical card. It's not ZOOMS fault neither! I have older phones and an old lap top that wasn't as quick as the new stuff. On top of it all she was very nice and informative. I did need to talk to someone about RSO and she was very helpful. I wish there were more doctors like her. I would consult ZOOM and a doctor from that site anyday on top of my primary care doctor now. They go hand in hand I just find this doctors methods more natural and less evasive to my medical needs.
