Trains to Stratford on Avon were cancelled and several passengers - including my son and I - were stranded at Whitlock End railway station last Thurs evening. The promised Relief Bus didn't show up because in fact it hadn't actually been laid on. We were given the LetsRide contact details and they turned out to be excellent. Their communication and arrival updates were spot on and the driver was most helpful. Many thanks.
