After 3 months in still waiting. No tracking updates. Can't contact delivery company in any way. Square made have washed their hands of it saying it's my issue. If you get your ring , great. Bit I wouldn't expect it. **. UPDATE ** Dint email squaremade complaining about delivery times. You get abusive emails from a "Michael". extremely rude and unsympathetic. Called me an "ass" because I complained he was rude in his emails. Would love to be able to post the email thread. Never received such disgusting communication from a company before. No Sorry, or apologies for the delay Just abuse.

What is the allure of these rings? I don't get it. I wouldn't call them "jewelry," just metal circles...what am I missing?

The ring came in very quickly but was too big. I sent it back for a smaller size. Process was very smooth and easy. Very good customer service and great product.

I really like the concept of a series of rings with the same classic, timeless design made from solid metal blocks. Something about that appeals aesthetically. I ordered the Titanium ring, size 8. It took awhile to be shipped, and I had to contact customer support to check in on it, which is why I left 4/5 stars. The packaging is a little simplistic too, with the ring coming in a bag instead of a nice box. I would have preferred a small box. I do like the ring itself, it is very simple and clean. It's a bit less hefty than I expected, owing to the low density of titanium vs. tungsten carbide (my previous ring). But the lightness turns out to be a positive, because you don't notice you have it on. Titanium is pretty durable so I expect it to last a long time. I may order the same ring in copper and steel, or even more exotic metals down the road. Overall I recommend SquareMade.

Customer service: Exellent! Able to change the mode of transportation to express with very short notice, and very responsive. Website: Ordering process is extremely simple. I would prefer that they include additional description/pictures for each ring + material type. Product: The ring is beautiful. The selection is limited for good reasons. Would love to be able to get a 2 or 3mm ring for my wife when Squaremade produces one.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a simple, classic, high-quality band and Squaremade fit the bill perfectly. My ring looks great, it's comfortable, and it's a solid weight. All told, it's a great ring for a great price. Excellent customer service, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Squaremade.

Beautiful products and excellent service. The ring (Titanium) is quite handsome and perfectly proportioned for my size. The idea of a collection of identical design in different colours, lusters, densities etc is very clever and well executed. I ordered a size too small but Alex at Squaremade promptly arranged an exchange. International delivery was timely under the circumstances. I have no reservations about ordering from Squaremade again.

This ring is incredible.. Have been a Qalo user for a number of years and was looking to move on to something equally unique but a few clicks up the ladder. I appreciate the packaging the cast iron ring I ordered came in, especially the added bonus - a welcome letter, hand-signed by the company's founder. I genuinely enjoyed opening the package and look forward to enjoying the ring for many, many years.

I don't remember how I came across Squaremade, but I was immediately intrigued. I liked the simplicity and the unique concept. I reached out with a couple of questions, and was really surprised by the personalized response. The information I got convinced me to place an order for three rings, after ordering the ring sizer to be sure of what size to get. The rings are true to the descriptions - obviously very well made and finished. I am really happy with them - I have been stacking two rings, which are so precisely made that when stacked, they look like a single two-tone ring. I am so happy with the rings I asked to be placed on their waitlist for their upcoming Damascus Steel ring! The quality of the rings, the service and even the packaging all speak to a special company.

This is going to be a fairly simple review to be honest. I used the ring sizer that is offered by Squaremade which gave me the confidence that I was choosing the correct size ring. Then the descriptions of the rings were really clear so this made my decision easy. My ring turned up today. It's just amazing - and fits perfectly. I know it doesn't affect the ring but the packaging was so lovely it just made the actual experience of opening up the ring all that more special.

I've been fascinated by the simplicity and elegance of the Squaremade rings when I first saw them. It's my first time buying rings online, so I was a bit unsure. I got a ring from this company to propose to my bf with. The ring is gorgeous and the customer service (shout out to Alex!) were amazing and patient with me. I had to return the ring twice until we found the right size. The shipping was so quick too. I have already told a bunch of friends about their rings. The price is also amazing. Only thing is that they don't have free return and if you want to return from US, it's about 15 bucks. Honestly, I would get myself a matching ring if they carried size 5.
