The quality and variety of products is second to none. I have absolutely no issues with the quality of their site or the products, however I have had an issue with the next day delivery service. the first time I ordered was over the xmas period and so I expected it to arrive a lot later than usual, the second time I ordered was early in the new year and yes backlogs from xmas/new year period I expected, in fact I have ordered a few times (4 to be precise) and not once have I received it the next day!! I have given 5 stars because I am unable to give 4 and 3/4 due to the delivery issues and lack of updates. but having said this the guys there have always been very quick to respond to me, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and have also always upgraded to a Saturday delivery once I have got in contact. I just feel the communication with delivery/delays could of been better. However my overall experience is a positive one, the products have always been top quality, packaged well, arrived in good order with good prices, deals and discounts regularly available. They also have a points system where you can save even more every £1 (I Think) is a point you earn which can in turn be used for credit towards future purchases. overall this is a cracking company and I am sure once the few creases I have suffered have been ironed out (which I am sure they will have already done) then this company will go from strength to strength. I know my first point of call for all my products in the future is from these guys and I recommend anyway to give them a try. In fact I am just about to place my next order now ;).

I order from Vape Cloud UK frequently, they have a great range of liquids and hardware, at some good prices, as well as a great loyalty scheme which is rewarding and I’ve used this a fair amount. Although there are some great qualities to the company, I seem to have consistent issues with the company in terms of stock and dispatching orders, which I’ve listed below; Firstly, orders are often not straightforward, I have had various experiences such as items missing, items being refunded prior to dispatch due to no stock, incorrect size liquids being sent and much more. Secondly, orders seem to be sent out late, for example, I often order before the order’s dispatch period (with prior e-commerce experience I have some understanding of how orders get dispatched for busy corporate stores) But I’ve had experiences where the orders should get sent on the same day, however they get left until the following day for dispatch. Most recently I placed an order on a Friday, at around cut off point, to which my order wasn’t dispatched until Tuesday evening the following week. I’m not sure how it took this long to get picked up, and I really would’ve expected it to be sent on Monday evening, however according to the company it was picked up just before the order needed to be packed for shipping (May I also add they refunded an item due to no stock which left me a liquid short with no option to replace due to the last minute packing) Another issue I’ve had, again going to my recent order, is that I saved points after hundreds of pounds spent to redeem a ‘£30 off total order’ voucher. Now, due to items being refunded, they treated it as a ‘x% off’ code, and only partially refunded me for the liquid that was not in stock, I would expect a full refund of this liquid as the items wasn’t discounted, I’d simply saved points to take a chunk off my order. You’re probably wondering why I haven’t given up on the company, well despite these issues I do have hope that they can resolve their delivery obstacles, for the most part they’ve been the best company I’ve ordered from. Some of these issues have been one off scenarios, however some of these problems are recurring. They do resolve issues fairly hastily, however, I would expect for my orders to be correct or run into no problems on occasion, however looking back through my email history, it would seem I’ve had a problem on all orders I’ve placed with the company. Please consider that you may not get a smooth transaction with Vape Cloud UK.

They took too long and ended up asking for a refund this is the only problem and only had this issue once so guess I was too quick to judge I had to ask my ill mum to help me out with a direct debit which is why I was so harsh with review yes they are a good company but it annoyed me as I would have got into trouble if missed the direct debit payment will esculate with bank and get details with vapecloud if refund not in tomorrow
