I booked a consultation with Arviend Sud in October, and a consultant named Prince informed me that there was a one-month wait for a slot if I paid for the premium service. However, when I followed up after a month, he told me they would get a slot from Arviend Sud but then later mentioned that Arviend Sud is out of the country, and a 1-on-1 consultation would not be possible until the end of December or January. Instead, they recommended I consult their daughter , Neela Sood. When I asked for a refund, they told me it would take 25 to 30 days. Given their unprofessional behavior, I knew I would probably never receive a refund, so I opted for Neela Sood’s consultation. While she is knowledgeable and pleasant, there was nothing new in the session, as I already knew everything she shared. I strongly advise others not to waste their money on these services. Instead, I recommend exploring YouTube videos or other online numerologists who are far more professional and competent. This group is unprofessional, and I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.
