Excellent service. Normal turn round time for the mug I wanted was 3 days but with only 2 days to Xmas they did it in 2 as long as I could collect it. Plus they were very pleasant on the phone, offering to talk me through their web site if I had problems with the design.

The website was easy to use with help available. Our notepads arrived promptly and are very good quality with the cover picture very clear. Excellent service even at a busy pre Christmas period.

An image I used wasnt good enough quality, Owen and Ian called me and gave me time to correct this. Really happy with the results. When the order arrived my envelopes were missing and when I contacted them I got 10%off my next order and the envelopes arrived the next day !
