I was very pleased with the quality of the cards printed. The service took a little longer than 24 hours, closer to 1.5 working days. I phoned to query the delay and although I had selected to collect I was told they were just about to post! However, I would use BrunelOne again.

Ordering the cards was super simple, the Web interface is great, the customer service guys are really helpful on the phone, the turnaround was aler quick, great price and great quality product. The little plastic holder was a great gesture too!

I found the website a little tricky to use as I wanted to create my cards from scratch and couldn't find the right part of the website to do this on initially. Once I got there thought it was fine and I was pleased with the finished product.

Overall I'm very pleased with the branded Christmas cards I bought. The only small gripe I have is that I ordered 50 and needed exactly 50, unfortunately one was taped to the top of the box and was unusable. As these are quite expensive, could I suggest just using a blank one in the future.

We ordered the recycled business cards as the price and turnaround were do much better than some of the more marketed printers we didn't know what to expect, but we were really impressed with the quality of the paper, the colour reproduction and the speed of delivery. The cutting was perfect as well. Top marks!

The end result was very impressive - but would have been helpful if you can receive the request via email as its not always easy to access your website when working off a smart phone. Also there was an issue with us ordering 1 instead of 10 - but this was quickly spotted by one of you thank you!
