Responding to reply to my previous review. Please re-read. I said your one and only email went to my spam folder and that was your only attempt to contact me regarding a $389.00 purchase. I was waiting for my credit card bill before I contacted you and never even knew I was not refunded for my blanket which by the way I did not use although you continue to claim I did. I WAS disappointed it did not work out and that I had to return it. It WAS a very nice blanket and I had all the faith after reading your policy that I could return it. No problem if you send it back. I can give it away or keep it. I just wanted it known that I feel that customers should think twice about ordering from you and trusting your policies. I would certainly not recommend you or use you again. You are welcome for my review.

I had ordered an item to be shipped to an address in L.A., as I was traveling and live in Toronto, Canada. I accidentally transposed the numbers in the street address (a non-existant house!), and informed L7 Enterprises (the shipping agent), yet, due to their quick service, the item had already been shipped. The good news was L7's customer service, in the person of Curtis Liles, who responded immediately to the problem, provided excellent advice and follow-up, and we managed to catch the USPS delivery. Curtis saved the day, and I'm greatly appreciative.

I have looked at southwest web sites and this is the best quality and prices I have found I am so happy with my purchase that I will be ordering more soon.
