Leanne has been 10/10 Our Cockapoo Puppy Dolcie always goes in settled and calm and comes out very chilled and smelling amazing she always does a better job than we think with our dog . Leanne has given my Pomeranian a fantastic grooming experience from a young age. She’s kind and patient and clearly loves all of the dogs. My little Pom comes home happy and smelling absolutely beautiful.

Lianne was amazing with my 2 year old rescue (german shepherd cross) who was never introduced to grooming. We had a desensitising session yesterday which went really well. I’ve been looking for a groomer for nearly a year and I’m so happy to have finally found one that I can trust! Thank you Lianne!

Lianne made me feel comfortable straight away and gave me a text 10 mins in to reassure me Hendricks was behaving. I pick him up smelling lovely and happy. I also got a follow up call about some things she noticed and advice about keeping and eye on his paw.

I brought my American Staffie down to see Lianne while I had some training with my other dog. Draco is very nervous of strangers but having brought my other dog to Lianne before I knew she was going to be the perfect person to give him his first groom. He came out with a full swagger and smelling gorgeous! She's got a wonderful way with nervous dogs and I can't recommend her enough!

Took my energetic Staffie to Lianne because he was terrified of having his nails clipped since an old injury. Within 10 minutes of him being there, Lianne let me know she’d already successfully clipped his nails and reassured me all was fine to continue with the full groom which really put my mind at ease. After the groom he came out smelling wonderful and clearly enjoyed his time there, no anxiety at all! As a bonus she sent me some cute photos! Cannot recommend enough

This was Lexy’s second visit to Lianne. She loves the experience and Lianne loves Lexy. She came out looking and smelling gorgeous with beautifully trimmed claws, and ready for our training session with Adam. Well worth the trip from Kent.

Leanne works so hard with my German Shepherd that hates his nails being clipped. I love that she works with him to make him less anxious and each time I take him he's still pleased to see her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lianne. She specialises in dogs that are nervous about be groomed. My Jasper is a gentle soul until it comes to being groomed Lianne has found a technique that suits her and Jasper and I still can’t believe he lets her hold his paws. Lianne is fantastic at what she does and her customer service is brilliant. We took our nervous rescue boy and our excitable newfy for full grooms and they both look, smell and feel fantastic. We never imagined our rescue boy would be able to have a full groom due to his fear of people but Lianne got it done with no issues. We’ve come away with two very happy pups. We will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend using her services 💕

Our dog Lenny is a very nervous boy and can be people reactive. We were bricking it the day of his grooming desensitisation appointment, we needn’t had worried, Lianne was great with him and he was even able to have his muzzle taken off after a few mins. A weight off our mind

Lianne is brilliant with my dog, so caring and understanding. Lianne has groomed both my dogs and they love being groomed here. Lianne always sends them home looking and smelling nice with a ribbon, flower or bow tie.

This was our first time using Southend Dog Grooming. Lianne was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to caring and grooming our 8 month old puppy. She give us advice on how to care for his fur and what brushes were needed. The little bow was a lovely extra.

I can't rate Lianne highly enough for the brilliant way she has helped our 8 year old German shepherd dog, who had become anxious about being bathed and with having his nails trimmed. He had an initial de-sensitisation session, and when we picked him up he already had trimmed nails and was really relaxed and happy with Lianne. When we took him back for a full groom a month later, he started howling with excitement as we drove up the lane. As soon as he saw Lianne, he rushed over and leapt all over her (sorry Lianne - he's quite a big boy) ! He happily followed her in, and emerged a couple of hours later - again in a calm, relaxed state, with a lovely groom and trimmed nails ! Lianne clearly has a great rapport with a nervous dog. Not only will we be taking him back, we have now booked in his little sister who is nervous of a blow-drier, as we have complete confidence Lianne will be able to give her a great experience too. I would highly recommend Lianne as a groomer, and especially for nervous dogs.

Lianne assessed my 4 Yr old lab as being very worried indeed about the grooming experience and so recommended starting with a gentle desensitisation session only. She was extremely patient and understanding and he came out a tired but a very happy boy with tail wagging. We are looking forward to our next visit, thanks so much Lianne! 👌
