Product was great only issue is that I bought a supposedly Limited edition coin , they said 149 were to be minted but they couldn't do a side thing put a number on it for customers to know it is what they promoted. What it take to send certificate like 1 of 149 .....149 of 149 . Big mistake on hattons because customers will think that probably more will be minted as many as the want actually if demand is good.we as customer will never know exactly what was the final.number .

I never got the coin

My last package was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily it was a neighbor. But when I looked on the package it described what was in the package. I'm lucky my neighbor was honest. Or any person between Texas and England. Maybe a description of the product shouldn't be on the outside of a package containing gold coins..

I have made two purchases and would purchase again. They are very responsive to inquiries and the products were as described.

Was delivered promptly. At the price of Au the 2 gram price of the coin was anexcellent value, besides being a beautiful object

I am completely satisfied with the quality of of the merchandise! It was securely packaged. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 star review was the shipping time was longer than anticipated. I believe that the advertising should be less focused on prompt delivery. I would have ordered anyway because my past experience with the quality was tremendous.

I love the coins they sell, the service they provide, but maybe dont put gold on the outside of the shipment.

Hattons products are beautiful and great value. I have order 4 different quarter sovereign and was pleased with all four. The only problem I have had is not with Baggins but with USPS delays. My last order took just over a month to receive. Others have come in as little 18 days. I have tracked them with online tracking and any holdup has always begun when they are received by USPS. I will be buying more from Hattons in the future.
