Sent wrong battery for a very expensive 4x4 I bought, spoilt my 8 year old grandsons birthday took 3 days for correct one to arrive. They had put wrong link on the ordering site, all they said was " These things happen " Well my grandson doesn't understand "These things happen" , all he understands is disappointment, when he saw he had got what he asked for, but then couldn't play with it for 5 days because he had gone back to his mams by the time the battery arrived.
