I made an order, that I cancelled the next day, they agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund. After a few days I contacted them about the refund and the answer was that the order had been marked by them to refund and it usually takes 2/3 working days to get it. And that hopefully I would have my money back in the beginning of the week. It's now Thursday of that week, and still no refund. At this point I believe I'm left with no other choice but to complain and challenge this transaction through my bank and leave a bad review. I would most definitely stay very away from this shop as they will take your money and keep it even if the order is cancelled. The person that answered my review in the name of the store must be some sort of a joker for sure, as he considers a week as a few days, and he expects to be praised for a doing a job he was paid to do it in first place. This being said, he's the one who gave me the wrong information in first place as he said the refund would take place in the beginning of the week, and we are now at the end of the week, and now he claims the refund was going to be processed tomorrow. Obviously I won't be using this store anymore as they act more as scammers then as a legitimate business. And what's a real shame is how they treat a paying costumer

I had a problem with the model helicopter sent in that it appeared to be a return that got mixed up with their new stock. Emailed to advise them of the issue and without hesitation a new one was sent out that day which I received the following day and was perfect. That is what you call excellent customer service!

I paid €23.47 for fast tracked shipping (on the site they assured me of 3-5 days of delivery). 10 days have passed, and nothing has arrived yet, and I don't care if it's the fault of transport or customs, I paid a lot of money for a shipment that still hasn't arrived. It's a shame, because with the other economical shipments at €0 the products arrived in a maximum of one week. plus assistance washes its hands of it
