I ordered the 2 shelf wooden console table. It arrived promptly but when I opened the box, it was obviously damaged. One large piece on the bottom shelf was completely broken off and 3 other small pieces were in the box. I checked with the help chat who used pictures I had taken to very quickly and efficiently remedy things. That was on a Monday and by the following Sat a new table was delivered cost free. I didn’t have to return the broken one. So I was very impressed with the quick and helpful Customer Service!

I did not receive wingnuts and washers, only screws for 2 out of 8 garden beds purchased. I sent pictures as proof that both hardware packages in each only contained screws, not the wingnuts and washers. I have been emailing to get the wingnuts and washers so I can build these. They responded once and basically told me to "check the box again". Looks like I will need to return 2 of the 8x2x1 raised garden beds because they won't send me the hardware that was missing. Disappointing.

A while ago we purchased 2 bpc raised garden beds. Because or home reno project took much longer than expected, we just got around to assembling them now. we discovered that we are short 2 screws. I contacted customer service via chat, and was informed that since this was purchased more than 60 days ago, they will not send the missing screws, and they don't sell individual parts. I'm not asking for a major replacement here, just 2 standard screws. I'll get them at home depot & will never purchase another bcp product again.
