Today Lori and I covered the initial set up of my shopify account. Lori is very knowledgeable of the set up and cognizant of her time. We moved pretty fast and I had some un-resloved issues with my set up that Lori was able to resolve.... this looks promising.

Lori was excellent the entire on boarding process. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. When there were times that I didn’t quite grasp a concept that she was presenting to me she took the time to explain it in a variety of different ways in order to help me understand. As a first time business owner, the process can be quite intimidating. Lori helped me to relax through the process and I found her demeanor to be soothing. The store presentation and set up call went smooth due to the training being spot on and Lori’s attention to detail. I will miss working with her and will for sure think back on this time fondly because of her.
