Very professional

Generally efficient, but E-mails totally automated and unresponsive to queries a little out of the ordinary. 3 types of key required, two supplied with no explanation as to why the other type was not required (I can guess the cupboard it was supposed to fit is old and the lock having a number no longer available). The two keys successfully supplied arrived promptly and worked excellently.

Happy with the product but disappointed that several of my emails were unanswered regarding discussions over the correct key. It should have taken a couple of days not a month.

Good Prompt Service
