I have made a bar stools order on 8 Nov in KAVE home online store,but did not noticed the deliver time take longer than I have expected. I called the CS number, a lady name Angeline assisted me. I told her I am urgently need help. Immediately she give me some solution on exchange of goods so that I will get my bars stools in time for my new house. She is so professional on managing the situation as without hesitation to give solution to the customer. I am thankful for her attitude, I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. Such a great commitment to customer service should be commended highly.

I enjoyed my interaction at your Alexandria showroom and the chair was delivered extremely quickly.

Delivery was so fast, we received our product a week ahead of the estimated period. The product was packaged very securely, I just wish the packaging was more sustainable - we personally don’t like seeing polystyrene packaging or having to deal with the rogue foam balls that break off. The quality is great, all edges have been finished/covered and the item is exactly as per the photos. We’re very happy

My order was mixed with another one so I received the wrong items. It is annoying that you have to go to the post office to post it back even if they pay for the post. Customer service was helpful and reachable. I am just annoyed with the process. I would have preferred they organize a pickup so I didn't have to go to the post office.
