This is the second time I have bought a Ruffwear product from Mountain Dog and I cannot recommend them enough, from the ease of navigating the website to delivery. The only thing they could do to improve is to drop the price a little but the products of of great quality and as the saying goes……you get what you pay for😊.

Though I was unlucky with my choice of products, the service from Mountain Dog was excellent. I was looking for a long leash to have my dog roam more freely, the old one being rather on the way out. The first leash was delivered very quickly but because of an unsuccessful design had to be returned. Instead of a refund I opted for an exchange. Unfortunately that delivery was messed up royally by Royal Mail, a 48hr delivery ended up nearer 10 days. In the meantime I had to look for a replacement leash quickly somewhere else. So the second leash needed returning. A small hiccup of their return webpage required me to contact them by email. Paul answered quickly and resolved the problem without any fuzz. This time the ordered items didn’t work out but the service definitely is remarkable and I will try again sometime.
