United States | 04 October 2021I placed an order for three (3) Atlas Ionic UV Electrostatic Carbon Filter Air Purifiers, one was defective with only one fan circulating. I was told the item was under warranty so the repair cost was my responsibility but parts were covered. What type of warranty is this, a defective item with less than a year of mild usage the responsibility lies on the customer. The only one thing I’ve done here is give this company business and find this to be unethical and absolutely ridiculous and they should have replaced this unit at no cost to me the customer, instead the want 50% of the cost of the unit even though their product is not working properly and defective. I was ready to place an order for another batch for my home but I’m definitely declining to give this business sadly I mentioned that I will write a review pertaining the negative experience I have encountered and the customer service individual that I spoke to said no problem go right ahead if it was expected. Dear customers do some research before giving this company business as they are not interested in providing a fair trade when it comes to a repair. Thanks

Canada | 06 April 2016Well,I have no problems with the unit. Unit was well packed. They forgot to give me my paper copy of my purchase, stamped paid for. Your customer sales rep promised me 5% discount and he said since I was an injured vet from öp.dessert storm/friction veteran, that he would go ask his boss if there is any other discounts that I could receive. The survey arrived five days prior to the unit. I also mentioned to this sales guy that if your company would register with veterans affairs Canada, you would capture a large audience, to sell your products. I asked for this unit as a demo,,,,seems that's all your sakes guy did!!

United States | 08 January 2016I've tried a couple of different brands of air purifiers from this company, looking for one that has easy upkeep, puts out clean air and has a negative ion generator. I've been somewhat disappointed by one I bought as it quit working before the warranty ran out. I did not bother to send it back although they offered to look at it. I tried a different one, a tower, with electrostatic air cleaning which I prefer as they are easier to clean... not a bunch of filters to change all the time. The first one started making too much noise from the little muffin fan that powers the air flow, the other one, just like it, seems to be doing okay so far (it's in the bed room where I want silence)! Another one, built like the very first one I bought no longer offers the electrostatic filtration, and has been changed to a HEPA Filter system instead. The plus for it is that it has an Ozone output you can turn on briefly to really freshen the air.
