Update on my previous review, I have now been in contact with LED hut who have said they would send a replacement bulb at not extra cost to myself, apparently they where unable to find me previous Email and apologise for the inconvenience that had incurred. Thankyou LED hut. I have used this company before and never had any problems. Hopefully this will never happen again. Thanks again LED hut.

Had a new bulb fail on me emailed you but had no response, I'll jst put it down to experience,since my review LED hut have been in touch, they had misplaced my Email and have now rectified the problem. Thank you LED hut.

Brilliant products and price

Absolutely terrible customer service. 7th March. Having paid up front for 18 LED panels, only 13 arrived, the balance was on back order due in 7 to 10 days, as it is supposedly a popular item. I repeatedly chased, without response. on the 8th of June, I was told the the product had been discontinued? so much for it being a popular item. I now have an office with 2 different lamp colours! I think I was deliberately sold old stock. The reply looks as if the exchange or refund was a proactive initiative! far from it, I had to chase this all of the way. I am still awaiting VAT invoices.

Received order - very poorly packaged - bulbs not protected & loose to slide about in delivery box. Ridiculous notional piece of brown paper included as packing. Outer packaging not marked with ‘fragile’ tape and perforated during delivery. Very poor customer support. Suggest use another more careful supplier.!

Faulty LED bulbs that flickered (validated as faulty as I used another one I had to validate it wasn’t the fitting), sent back for a refund (at cost to me) which they refused and claimed they worked. Stuck between a rock and a hard place and out of pocket. Will not be using or recommending to anyone.

Didn’t receive items, neither courier nor LED Hut took accountability or resolve issue!
