great service and product

Goods arrived in good time and undamaged. Once fitted, four lamps only, all but one lit up. Changed the faulty one for thr fifth lamp and they all worked. After about 4 to 5 mins. they all went out, and then back on! This occurs each time they are switched on, and it may happen more than once. Leaving them on for a while, say 20 mins or so, they then just stay on OK. This seems to happen each time we use these lights which are situated above our kitchen sink area. The light fitting has a torroid type transformer (12v) and fed by our 230v mains lighting supply. Is there a known reason why this on/off cycle occurs. The original 4 lamp halogen lamps never did this!

I have been using LED Hut since 2012 and haven't had any issues with the quality of products and their longevity. However this time around, the wrong temperature bulbs were delivered. Upon speaking to Adam from LED hut, adam has refunded me and also sent me the correct temperature bulbs.

Not clear on website that I was going to be charged for postage, told me only that I should spend more to get free postage. Turned out my item didn't qualify for free postage. I contacted the company to cancel my order straight away but they sent it anyway then told me to return it but that would have cost me too.
