Due ordini e due brutte esperienze. Errare è umano ma essere incapaci di rimediare all'errore è inaccettabile. Mi chiedo come mai restino ancora on line data l'incapacità di consegnare prodotti conformi agli ordini e l'arroganza di un servizio clienti fantasma (perché le mail di scuse che riceverete non le firma nessuno ma un generico "servizio clienti" indisponente. Sconsigliato assolutamente.

I bought an expensive Marc Jacobs handbag via Avenue K sold by Atelier on Web. The handbag arrived looking as if it was used, there were marks and signs of mishandling all over it and also, it was missing a dust bag - which I only found out when I purchased the same handbag from a UK shop! This is unacceptable and I will never shop in that boutique again.

24 hours after i purchased and payed the item, they wrote me an e-mail telling me that the item is not anymore available. One whole day is needed to check if an item is available? Now i have to wait their refund and the bank will take over one month to do it. In the while i will stay without my money. This is not serious. If you think to buy from this store, please check if the same items are available on other stores. Surely they will be more serious than this one.
