United Kingdom | 18 October 2019This is my 2nd year using the program. I used it last year and it was a godsend. Unfortunately this year I ran into an issue, the automatic update didn't work. Luckily the online chat support was able to help and they showed me how to manually download the latest version. After that no issues at all. I can highly recommend this for any primary school teacher that is wishing to save time writing their reports, the support is good too!
