I was rather nervous when ordering as I couldn't find any reviews online for Tenergise and was ordering an item that is out of stock in a lot of places (Solis Data Logger - wifi) and a lot of scam websites & scalpers are taking advantage of this. I emailed in to ask a few questions and Thomas responded extremely quickly with very helpful answers. I placed my order late on Tuesday and on Thursday the item was delivered by dpd, brand new in box exactly as described. I have installed the product and it works perfectly. Honestly I knew it was a bit of a risk ordering online but a huge thank you to Tenergise for delivering when a lot of other places are taking advantage. Will be using again & recommending to a couple of people I know who are looking for this item

Device Delivered promptly but to set up to the solar panel controller was tricky. Instructions poorly translated from Chinese didn’t help. Got it working eventually and it is proving to be a good solar panel monitoring tool.
